In the Palace of Shattered Reflections there is a close relationship between the ruling monarchy and the land. In many ways the queen is the land. The actions taken by the monarch, however inconsequential they might seem, affect his domain. Usually, a kingdom reflects the personality of its ruler. If a queen suffers from a great depression due to unrequited love, her land may know constant rains and flooding. A younger queen's unruly passion results in mayhem and chaos throughout her domain. In times of war, a queen acts as warlord over all armies withtin the realm.
Queens are adressed as "Your Magesty," or occasionally "Your Royal Highness" (this is more common for a princess).
Royal Treasures: Queens possess crowns that allow them to know the locations of all their pennons (the markers of their territories) in the kingdom, scepters that allow them draw energy from hearths, seals that can countermand any ducal signet's imprent, and a weapon that is considered an extension of the royal will.
Apparel: The queen dresses in flowing gowns, usually pastel in color and is adorned with silver jewelry. She wears cloaks sometimes, and they are usually silver or white in color.
