Vincent and Cloud
Vincent dies in an incident where he tries to save Sephiroth from Hojo. In the Lifestream, he accepts a chance to be reincarnated to stop Jenova. Several years later, Cloud Strife is born and meets his older brother Vincent Strife. Vincent becomes Cloud role model as he goes to Midgar to become a SOLDIER. Cloud eventually follows suit and becomes an in training cadet under his brother.
 
FF7: Police Story

Take the Final Fantasy 7 crew and convert the storyline into Feudal Japan and you got yourself and intresting tale. Of blade and honor among the warriors. Plus can anyone stop the Oni Jenova from destroying the scared spirits of the world within the Lifestream? Will Cloud dishonor himself in the process? And who is the Ruling Family?

Ancient Kingdom
An old concept that the Author was working on, but it never worked out for some reason. The tale deal with the squire Cloud Strife, as he rush to protect the remaining survivor of the royal family, Rufus Shinra. However can even he stand against the power of the black witch Jenova and the Black Knight, Sephiroth.

Now how about this for a twist on a plot. What if Cloud was really the son of a Jenova! Tak about missing up your childrens. I can tell you one thing this is really going to kill Sephiroth since he thougth Jenova was his mom. I like to see someone do this for a change!
