1. The borrower must be a fully paid up member of the society.
2. The borrower must provide a cheque, payable to the society, for the purchase price of the item (or items) in question. This cheque will be retained until return of the item (or items) at which point it will be destroyed. Failure to return the item (or items) will result in the cashing of the cheque.
3. The item (or items) to be borrowed, if being used for gaming purposes, must be used within society time and at society meetings. The games must be open to society members.
4. The borrower will complete a borrowing slip (obtainable on request from the exec) for each item to be borrowed. This must be countersigned by an existing exec member before the item (or items) my be taken.
5. The item (or items) may be requested back into the society collection at any time by a member of the exec.
6. All borrowed items must be returned before the summer break of each year. Failure to do so will result in the cheque being cashed.
