Top of the League   (Cache22 / shareware)  Release Date: Unknown
It is a Windows based football management game (similar to cm).
Features:
  • Full match commentary on every pass.
  • See other scores as they happen, just like on Sky Sports
  • Active transfer market.
  • Work your way up from the lowest league to the top-flight and beyond into international management.
  • Non-restricted team formations
  • Player characters effect performance e.g. Le Tissier is inconsistent, Keane is aggressive
  • Pitch conditions effect match outcome, so non-league pitches are poor and a great leveller in cup matches.

SAAP for Windows   (Midnight Oil) Frequently updated
In the September SAAP newsletter we read:
"With SAAP 1.20, the Supremo series of games, generally thought of
as the most comprehensive games for DOS, have
now been surpassed by a superior product. SAAP 1.20 not only has every
single feature of Supremo 99, has superior edit and customisation programs
but also has a "career" feature that extends the gameplay well beyond
Supremo 99 and, I believe, all other soccer management games. Sick As A
Parrot 1.20 is the first of a new series of Windows based games that will
eventually produce a game beyond anything most SMGers have ever imagined."
