TALENTS- Chronicler of Magic

Mystical Object- this object allows him to summon Dreamkiller. Tennyson
can establish a sensory link, allowing him to see and hear everything
Dreamkiller does. They also have a mindlink, as they seem to hear each
others thoughts. Tennyson can give Dreamkiller instructions this way
from a distance.

Alex Tennyson wanted revenge on the people who had taken his dreams from
him. A magical object that had been used to create a powerful monster
was lost after Darkhawk and Ghost Rider defeated it. Tennyson found the
man who had this object, and killed him.

Tennyson had studied the occult and used his knowledge to bombard the
object with all manner of energies. He was able to create a being he
called Dreamkiller. He was able to control the monster and establish a
psychic rapport with it. They had two brief encounters with Darkhawk and
escaped, their whereabouts are unknown.

  James Rhodes was once Anthony Stark's best friend and confidant. Jim even 
assumed the identity of Iron Man while Tony was in his alcoholic days. Tony 
even left Jim Stark Enterprises when he faked his own death. When Jim found
out Tony had done this, he left SE and  joined the West Coast Avengers until 
Tony caused that team's disbanding. Jim joined Worldwatch Inc. as it's C.E.O.
Jim reconciled with Tony during the Hands of the Mandarin affair. During a time
travel trip caused by S.H.I.E.L.D., Jim lost his Stark Armor. When he returned 
he found an alien bioarmor which merged with him. He was forced to fight Tony
Stark in the Crossing affair and almost won. Jim also formed an informal team
known as the Brothers in Arms,  consisting of Hawkeye, US Agent, and
himself. Jim is currently attempting to find the truth about his armor.
