More fighting techniques for the Street Fighter Storyteller game.

Various moves from 'The King of Fighters '95', X-Men, Marvel
Super Heroes, and some others.  The moves are listed by technique
heading, then in alphabetical order.  I debated on whether to put
attacks from Dragon Ball into this file, but the attacks featured
in that show are beyond the scope of this game (Why FIGHT Ryu? 
Why not just BLOW UP the planet he's standing on?)

SUPER MOVES -- In addition to new moves, there is the inclusion
of 'Super Moves' (any who have played SF or XM will know), though
is more geared toward the SF style (you'll understand in a
moment).  Each fighter now has a 'Super Meter' to keep track of
during a match.  Each time that you hit an opponent (inflicting
damage or not), the 'meter' increases by 1.  Each Health level of
damage that you receive increases the meter by 1.  Once the meter
reaches 10, you have a Super Level stored, and you start from 0
again.  The maximum number of super levels that can be stored is
3.  The moves listed at the end of this document have a cost of
"Super: 1".  This means that is requires a stored Super level to
execute. Simply reduce your super level by one.

PUNCH.

- Chi Punch
Prerequisites: Punch 2, Focus 3
Power Points: Any 3
  An opponent that does not block this attack is knocked back a
number of hexes equal to the attacker's Focus rating.

- Fist Slash
Prerequisites: Punch 2
Power Points: Any 2
  The warrior moves both fists downward at such a high rate of
speed that she actually cuts through the air.

- Rapid Attack
Prerequisites: Punch 3, Athletics 1
Power Points: Any 3
  Three damage tests.

- Spinning Flame Uppercut
Prerequisites: Punch 4, Focus 3, Power Uppercut, Jump
Power Points: Any 4
  May be used as a Jump to avoid projectiles.  Two damage tests
at the listed rating if next to an opponent.  Non-blocking
opponents suffer a knockdown, whether they were in the air or on
the ground.  The Spinning Flame Uppercut is an Aerial Maneuver

- Triple Spin Fist
Prerequisites: Punch 3, Power Uppercut, Spinning Back Fist
Power Points: Any 4
  The warrior begins with a punch at +1 damage and moves one
space. Then, the next attack is a backhand at +2 damage and moves
one space.  The final attack is an uppercut at +3 damage and
moves one space.  If the opponent does not block, she suffers a
knockdown from the final hit.

- Power Dunk
Prerequisites: Punch 3, Kick 3, Focus 2, Jump
Power Points: Any 4
  May be used as a Jump to dodge projectiles. Two damage tests at
the listed rating: Kick first, punch second. Any opponent that
does not block the first is immediately hit by the second. Non-
blocking opponents suffer a Knockdown, whether they were in the
air or on the ground.

- Fem-Slash Claw
Prerequisites: Grab 2, Punch 1
Power Points: Any 2
  Damage based upon the Punch technique.

- Rusher
Prerequisites: Grab 3, Athletics 2, Throw
Power Points: Any 3
  The warrior rushes forward to grab the opponent and execute a
Grab maneuver.  Play this card with a Grab maneuver to increase
the Move rating.
