First of all, this is mainly a Palladium 2nd. Ed. page with occasional Hero's stuff. This page has nothing to do with Rifts, Nightbane or other RPG's.

I'm sure you noticed already this page doesn't have the zounds of pictures you'd normally find, well this is for a couple of reasons: 1) I only have 3 MB to play with, 2) faster download time for people like yourself, and 3) Pictures say very little, and I'm after content here. To read this page appropriately you'll have to have the following things: An open mind and a sense of humor. Submissions to the page are subject to my discretion which means: A) It's not a repeat of something up already B) It's serious, and relevant to the section you are submitting too, and C) Seeing as how I have only 3 MB's of space to work with, once I near the 3 meg mark, things will be taken off and/or larger items will be rejected - Sorry. Please do not reproduce, copy, or display any part of this page or other pages within this site without written permission from myself. All of the content on this page was written by me and I've worked very hard on this page. Credit sucks, if your going to copy the whole page, just use a link instead. Now if you ask me that is an entirely different story, and 90% of the time I'll be happy to help. For images: Well Ron Nutter among others have drawn images specifically for me (at my request - nice people eh?) if you want them, ask me or the artist that drew it, but you can feel free to use any of the banners on the "I.S.C. Link Exchange" page. Obviously you'd use them to link to me, please don't edit the banners. I admit this disclaimer is not an original idea, of course a lot of things on the net aren't original ideas. They just work, so we all use them. Thank you for your time and enjoy the page!!
