Game Info: STAR RANGERS is an action-packed strategic space combat simulation created in the tradition of Atari's® award winning title, Star Raiders® . The Star Rangers are members of the intergalactic Border Patrol and must defend the outer reaches of deep space from alien invasion. With startling SVGA graphics, STAR RANGERS produces eye-opening explosions and incredibly realistic flight model dynamics all of which promises to thrill both action and simulation fans. The addition of a chess-like strategic element makes the game unique. STAR RANGERS opens with an introductory practice mode which was specially designed to launch you directly into dogfighting action. The three difficulty levels of the campaign mode will challenge the most experienced players as you must strategically combat invading alien forces in order to successfully defend you bases.
