Hold the shift key and write FUND. This will give you ten thousand dollars. The problem is, every $30,000, an earthquake will take place. Here are two solutions:
1. Simply don't build anything and give yourself enought money to last an entire game.
2. Pause the game. Write fund as many times as you want, DON'T UNPAUSE THE GAME! Now, just save the game and then exit out of the game and go back in and load it up. You should have the money without the earthquakes.
