· Save often. There are no "save points" this time, so you can save at any time during the game.
· Look around a lot with the R1 button. Many places can be overlooked.
· Use your flares in dark places or you many miss an item or lever. (Flares also work underwater.)
· In some situations, it might be wise to flee instead of fight.
· Conserve your items; they can be sparse.
· There are three secrets per level. Get all three and you will start the next level with full health.
Exploding Lara
Using the R1 button, walk forward, then backward. Turn completely around three times (using the R1 button and either left or right on the D-pad), then jump backwards. Lara will explode!
All Weapons & Items
Using the R2 button, step left, step right, then left. Switch to the R1 button and walk backwards, then forwards. Turn completely around three times (using the R1 button and either left or right on the D-pad), then do a backwards jump and hit the Roll button (Circle in the default control configuration) to face the opposite direction in mid-air.(Takes a bit of practice...hit Jump & back at the same time and immediately hit the roll button) If you did it right, you will hear a rifle load. You'll get all weapons fully loaded up to 999 shots, 99 bid and small HealthPaks and 99 flares.
Level Skip
Using the R2 button, step left, step right, then left. Switch to the R1 button and walk backwards, then forwards. Turn completely around three times (using the R1 button and either left or right on the D-pad), then do a forward jump and press the Roll button (Circle in the default control configuration) to face the opposite direction in mid-air. (Takes a bit of practice...hit Jump & back at the same time and immediately hit the roll button) Lara will freeze in mid-air and you'll warp to the end of the current level.

Your first task is to kill the tiger and climb up the opening to the top by jumping from ledge to ledge. There is a place to hoist yourself up towards the back of the pool. Look around the area on top; you'll find a Stone Secret. Climb into the wall and fall into the pool from the trap door in the right corner.
After you go outside, kill the birds and slide down into the pool below. You will find the guardhouse key in the underwater cavern. Watch for the tiger as you get out of the water and use the mossy rocks to the right to get back up the wall.
When you enter the guardhouse, watch for the spiders; they're hard to see. Climb up the ladder for the rusty key. Be careful when getting down - turn backwards then fall and grab the ladder to get down safely. Once you pull the stone block out and enter the pool, don't swim past the shooting walls. There is a place you can shimmy across to your left.
As you make your way through the falling floors, rolling boulders and spiked walls, you will come across the Jade Secret. Be quick and grab it before you get spiked - you many lose a little health, but that's the risk!
Before taking the pulley across the canyon, you can drop down towards the right to a solid platform. There is a place to shimmy across and enter above. Take the stairs down the chute; there you'll meet Lara's old Jurassic buddy. There's also a secret down there somewhere…
Climb back up the chute, then take the pulley down - don't let go until you reach the other side! Kill the tigers, then make your way to the elaborate door where the dagger is kept to exit the level. The plot leads you to Venice.
Make your way past the alley into the pool and swim into the boathouse. Push the button to open the upstairs room. Climb the ladders to the top and go through the window.
Go through the second window and jump from the awning to the dead guy you shot earlier on the veranda; you will find the boathouse key.
After you pull the lever in the glass hall to open the small door, go through the window next to the hall and do a mega-jump to the awning on the other side. Jump to the small door and pull the lever to open the tunnel door. Dive into the water, go in the boathouse and use the key. Get on the boat and speed past the shooting enemy to enter the dark tunnel. You'll find the Stone Secret at the entrance of the tunnel to the right.
(Note from Connor: The Stone Secret is up the ladder on the platform on the right, but if you check the pool at the bottom of the waterfall, you'll find the Gold Secret.)
Get off the boat at the platform with the window. Watch for those rats! Shoot through the window to kill the guy on the other side - inside you'll find a lever to open an underwater passage. Pull the underwater lever to open the doors to the outside. Now you're swimming in the famous Venice canals! There are plenty of bad guys shooting into the water, so be careful.
There is a lever inside the dark room after you take care of the thug outside. More rats will come after you in the dark, so light up that flare. The "ladder room" will open up and there you can obtain the iron key.
The platform with the block will allow you to hop to the overpass by using the red awning. You will find a steel key and a door that leads to another button. As soon as you activate it, a man with a gun will come for you.
Swim through the alley to the boat up ahead. On the stairway near the boat there is a door which can be opened by the iron key. The button in the room will open up the alley so you can drive the boat through it. Notice the "sophisticated" soundtrack as you cruise around in the boat!
Take the boat into the dark room with the suited bad guy. Take him out, then press the button to open the level exit door under the clock.
When leaving the room with the level exit switch, you will see a ramp that goes up to a hallway ahead. Take the ramp up and shoot the glass out there is a Jade Secret inside.
(Note from Connor: I noticed that this guide failed to mention that you need to take out the underwater mines that guard the exit door under the clock. The easiest way to do that is to go back to the first boat that you left in the cavern. Use the switches to bring the first boat up into the boathouse, and raise the water levels.
Now use one of the boats to detonate the bombs. Speed up the waterway in the boat, and jump out over the side at the last moment. With luck, you'll be safe in the water, and avoid being blown to smitherines with the extra boat!
Also remember, you have only the amount of time that the clock chimes to leave the level before the door under the clock closes again. The clock will chime 12 times, and it won't start chiming until you leave the little boathouse before the ramp leading up to the hallway jump, so you will have a pretty fair amount of time to accomplish this task.)
After getting off the boat, go up the stairs to the back room and pull the lever to open the double doors. Another bat-swinging thug will come after you.
Go past the knifing statues; there is a switch in the dark for the second door. If you time it right, you shouldn't get hurt. Also check through the windows; there are items - and dobermans!
This puzzle can boggle you if you push the block to the other side. Instead, pull the block until you have enough space to jump to the other side. Now you can make that jump to the balcony without hitting your head on the roof.
(Note from Connor: It's not especially necessary to use the above technique to reach the balcony, you can simply climb the wall next to the balcony, and swing to the left to drop down onto it…)
Jump, slide and grab the awning, then shimmy across. When you hoist yourself up, immediately do a back flip to the next balcony. Jump to the other side and then jump down into the open door.
You are now deeper into the hideout and you will meet a lot of opposition within the mansion. Push the fireplace block to reveal another passage after taking care of your enemies. If you do a long jump over the slide with the slashing blades, you can get to the other side virtually untouched. Do short jumps over the flaming blocks once they turn off. Be quick or be barbequed Lara.
(Note from Connor: You can also get past the flaming blocks by swimming under them until you come to the end. Come up to the surface, and pull yourself up onto the last block, immediately jumping over the flame. If you're quick, you'll avoid damage.)
After an unfriendly meeting with Bartoli, climb the chandeliers and do long jumps from one to the next. At the middle chandelier, turn right, jump over and pull the lever to reveal a small door behind the portrait.
Once you get to the top, grab the banister and shimmy across. Do a long jump over to the platform on the other side. Don't get beaten down by the thug who climbs over to greet you. By pulling the lever on the far side of the banister, you reverse the height of the chandeliers. Use the R1 button a lot in this area to walk safely. From this height, Lara could take a nasty fall.
Now you're able to make that jump from the chandelier into the portrait door and grab the library key. Go back to the first chandelier and jump toward the window. Pull the lever, go through the window and walk to the right. You'll see that a water hole opened up behind the fireplace - take the dive.
Pull the lever to reveal a secret door. Swim all the way through the underwater tunnel and you will find a lever on the wall, and a Gold Secret.
The library is infested with baddies, so be ready to draw your guns. Climb the bookcases in the library; there is a lever to open the other door.
Find the window at the top of the bookcases. Go through and be ready to jump to the porch as you slide down. Jump to the roof and then over to the wall to bypass the locked door. Inside the floating hut, you'll find a detonator key. If you can manage to get on top of the roof, there are some items in the high areas.
Go back to the detonator and place the key. Boom! You've just destroyed the whole face of a building! Climb up the ruins and you will find the level exit down a chute on the rooftops.
Get ready for one of the game's harder levels. Don't touch that swinging crate - it'll crush ya. Wait until it swings away and just casually drop down into the water below. There's a bad dude trying to take you out - get out of the water quick and waste him. Climb up the ladder to the first platform and hoist yourself up to the middle level. Activate the button to open up the roof. You'll hear those angry thugs waiting for you.
Make your way back to the start of the level by jumping from platform to platform. Do a long jump and grab - don't worry, the swinging crate won't hit you. Now do a mega-jump to the open roof on the other side. You have to time it right since you're going to do a run and jump. Press the X button to minimize damage to yourself when you land. Grab the ornate key once you shoot the thug.
Return to the swinging box platform again and jump to the right side. You will need to jump sideways on the slanted rooftops in order to grab the ledges safely and shimmy across. When you're over the window marked with a "B", fall and grab the ledge to hoist yourself up into the window. You can walk through the blades without getting hurt by using the R1 button. Go up the ladder to the door and use the ornate key.
Position yourself toward the right before you make your way across the long open area with the strategically placed boards overtop. If you make a running jump and keep running, long jumping across the next two stretches and grabbing the opposite ledge, you can make it across safely. But be quick with these shaky floors - it's a long fall.
Jump up onto the corner of the dome, so that you'll be high enough to manage a running jump to the left of the swinging crate. Inside is a switch to open the entrance to the Opera House.
There are lots of traps and obstacles within the Opera House so proceed with caution. The bottom floor has two rooms with rolling boulders - be ready to jump to the side.
Up on the same floor as the pesky shooter, there is a passage in the wall that drops down. Find the level with the hallway and take it all the way to the dressing rooms. You'll find a nice party of rats, dobermans and thugs along the way.
The fans will test your jumping skills. Get the ornate key on top of the first fan. Be very careful in this area - one false move and you're fed to the blades. There is a Jade Secret above the last fan!
(Note from Connor: If you keep getting sliced and diced trying to jump to a platform above a fan, turn around, walk to the edge of the platform, and backwards-jump over the fans.)
You need to stack the blocks in the dressing room so that you can get out. You can shove the upper block out the window!
After you cross the pool, go to the left room and activate the switch to open the gate in the right room. Once you're in the other room, jump and grab the other side to shimmy across to the drawbridge lever. Activate the switch after the swinging stones, then slice and jump into the small pool opening below. Go and find the relay box, and the Stone Secret.
Go to the elevator room after getting the relay box from the water area before you ascend the ladder. Place the box and flip the switch to enter the elevator. When you flip the switch downstairs, the elevator will go up and reveal a pool underneath. You will find a circuit board in the water under the grated room. If you let the elevator go down by itself, you'll see a ladder that leads up to the Gold Secret and a pair of Uzis!
The circuit board goes into the switchboard right outside the Opera House. Flip the switch to lift up the prop scenery on the stage and open up a new area. Behind the stage are many boxes. Look for the block that's slightly brighter than the others and pull it out to open a passage. The switch inside will bring the prop back down so you can walk on top of it to get to the other side.
Before you make the jump towards the swinging stone, there's a switch to your right to open up the exit room. Once in the exit room, look for the switch to open the exit door. Major gunplay in this room.
You wake up in a holding cell, stripped of all your weapons. Start moving the boxes to expose the door switch and make a clearing - the door is time-based, so you'll have to be quick.
These guys mean business and you are unarmed. Run! When you reach the window, wait until the bad guy shoots out the window so you can go through. If you go left to the water shaft room, you'll find a lever that leads you behind the fan to the Jade Secret!
The switch outside and under the window will open the bottom of the airplane. Get in the plane and turn off the propellor engines. Now jump past the propeller onto the wing and fall into the plane. Uzis! Time to take care of those guards. One of them has the yellow pass card.
The switch on top of the bunkers is timing-based - you'd better be quick to the far bunker or you'll miss the door!
(Note from Connor: Jump up into the hatch above just as the trap-door swings back up.)
Go down the slide facing backwards so you can grab the edge and climb down the ladder safely - you don't want to see Lara crumpled. Before that, though: Did you see the ladder on the way that leads to the Stone Secret?
The blocks are there for a reason! Move them around to get by. Just as you have to move the block to jump over the flames to the ladder, move this block out to access the high door. (It's hard to see, just look up on the wall opposite the entrance) Inside is a switch to empty the far pool and fill up the first one.
There is a switch between the two pools. (Jump over the water pipes that fill up the first pool) Remember, go back and pull the water lever again to refill the next pool so you can go through the next passage.
After making buoys out of the divers, find the podium with the ladder to climb up. One of the podiums has a Gold Secret.
Get the green pass card in the glass casing, then look above the rafters you came from - you should see an opening where you can hoist yourself up.
Place the green pass card and exit the level!
Jump to the ladder on the other side right at the start of the level. This will lead you to a lever to turn off that annoying underwater fan. When you get to the slope, go down the middle - there's a Stone Secret in a little cubbyhole.
Slide down backwards here and do a double grab to get down to the lower level. Don't let that baddie touch you; he might throw you off.
To get the blue pass card, you have to do a mega-jump to the side of the wall; that way you won't get hurt as you land. There's a passage that leads you back up top.
When you pull the levers underwater, don't swim back the way you came. You're better off continuing onward to the other side. Returning won't allow you enough time to get air. There's a Jade Secret in one of these trap doors.
Beyond the helipad is a corridor with flames. There are two switches to either side which turn off the fire. You must grab the machine chip and hurry back before they light up again. Return to the room with the pool and move the block to find the circuit board for the chip.
Pull the lever above the pool to open the door in the other room. Take a little dive down to the bottom - you'll see a deep-sea submarine!
After you move the crane and block to allow you to cross over the pool, climb over the boxes near the hacksaw. Flip the switch in there and the helipad room opens up!
Watch for those guys with flamethrowers. One blast from those and you are toast! One of these guys has the second machine chip to stop the hacksaw so you can grab the red pass card.
Once you're in the final halls ahead, you will hear a monk getting tortured by the Fiama Nera cult. Follow the sounds!
After helping out the poor monk, talk to him to exit the level - but before you do, try the room next door. There's a Gold Secret!
Follow the debris to the anchor before you run out of breath! Watch for the sharks; they're not friendly.
Pull the underwater lever to open the trap door. When you reach the boxes, go under them to find a room with a lever to drain the pool.
If you make your way around the trap doors that drop you down a level, you will see the Stone Secret.
You have to pull two levers in order to get through this. Once you open up the lever rooms, you must pull both the levers on each end of the hall to turn off the flames. Use the dark hall as a shortcut between the two levers. Streamlining is very important - you can't bump into walls or lose your footing on the pipes. Any mistakes and you'll be too late.
Pull the first lever in the underwater hatch to open a small door to the next lever. Take a breather once you pull the second lever and go back down to get the Gold Secret.
Use the box to access the switch upstairs. The switch will cause an earthquake and remold the entire interior, allowing access to different openings!
The first top door (the one on the left when you face the two openings) leads you up to the latchdoor switch for your future exit.
This is where you climb to get to the lever which fills the tall room with water.
After you ace the diver and the baddie in the next room, you're out of here!
Entering the wreck will take some life out of you (hence the healthpak before you fall in). Juice up before you fight the bad guys in the beginning. Go find the dark corner and light a flare - you'll see an opening on the roof to the Stone Secret.
Push the green blocks away to reveal two rooms. Go to the room with the balconies (watch for the bad guys) and find a corner room with the blades and a hole in the floor. Walk carefully through the blades and fall and grab down to the next level for the key. Jump and grab to get back up.
Go in to the next room and use the restroom key to get access to a door switch. A thug will appear from the opened room. Push the button in the opened room once you square up with the baddie; that should open the small door up in the balconies.
There's a good place to jump and grab up to the second level near the far right corner of the room. You can then shimmy across to the small door to get in the next area.
Enter the far door with the wheel. Move the block so you can access the switch, then pull the imbedded block out to climb to the top.
Get the rusty key after moving the block - push it all the way to the other wall to access the door lever.
Enter the locked room with the rusty key and arrange the blocks in a row; this will give you enough room to pull the block out of the wall. When you make it through, watch out for the falling floors and rolling barrels in the next room. There's a Jade Secret in a small corridor above the rolling barrels - be careful, there's another set of rolling barrels in there too.
There's a lever under the boat to open the top door. Be quick in getting out of the water and back to the surface because the door will close if you take too long. Once you get to the above room, pull the lever and jump to the other side to slide and grab. The trap door will open and reveal blades at the bottom. Be patient; if you hang and wait, the trap door will close again. Pull the next lever and proceed to the opened door.
Hit the switch on the other side of the room and run around the balcony, then jump toward the opened trap door down to the next level. (Don't jump to the glass bottom or you'll get spiked.) You will come across the first circuit breaker and a button to drain the boat pool. Walk over the tile where you found the circuit breaker; it will open up a door for you to go back up. Be quick here; the trap doors are all time-based.
Go down to the door near the boat and enter. Make your way into the top passageways. The passages go in three directions. At the far end you'll find yourself behind one of the glass doors. Push the button, then go back up and take the hall to the room with the restroom. Push the button to close the double doors again. Go back behind the glass doors and you'll be able to get the second circuit breaker.
Go up the dark passage and you will end up on top of the balconies again. Make a long jump to the other platform and grab the third circuit breaker.
Now you are able to insert the circuit breakers to stop the flames. Pull the block so you can climb to the top room. Pull the block so you can climb to the top room. Pull the lever, then jump from tank to tank to get to the other side.
Open the wheeled door around the area with the underwater view. Push the block and pull the lever. You will have access to another door. Pull the lever in that room and a hatch will open to the water outside. Swim outside, but be very quick; the harpoon gun is no match for two Great Whites and a bunch of unfriendly fish. There is a cabin key in the seaweeds and a Gold Secret up in a special breathing cave.
Go back in and open the cabin door. The lever will open a hatch, enabling you to push the block so you can reach the door switch. You'll end up back in the room with the glass bottom, but this time it'll be open! That's your way out. Beware of the divers and look for the little opening underwater for the level exit area.
When the level starts, you will be underwater. Don't fret; the lever to open the hatch is to your left as you pass through the wide opening. When you enter the complex, climb over to the other side and go down the hall. Watch for the thugs and rolling barrels. Use the edge above the flames to shimmy across. Shut the flames off with the lever on the other side.
Climb the ladder into the next room. Pull down the lever to reverse the height of each podium in the large room. (Remember the chandeliers?) Drop down the hole in the middle to return to the large room.
As you jump across from podium to podium, look to your right and you will see the Stone Secret. Make a running jump to the secret from the last podium.
Push the blocks all the way to make a clearing that opens on both sides. Then chek behind the first block; there's an item. Drop down and pull the podium switch again.
Go back up through the hallway and jump across the reversed podiums. At the last podium, turn right and do a mega-jump across to the lever. The lever will fill the fire room with water.
Now you are able to swim to the high lever and open the door in the fire room. Harpoon the oncoming diver as you swim through the door and look for the breathing cave above, you'll need it!
After your breather, go back down and pull the lever next to the giant eel. Don't even attempt to kill it, you'll get chomped. Go back out and you'll find an open hatch in the seaweeds above.
Once you're in the new area, ignore the lever and hoist up to the rafters above. Oddly, the lever leads you to a pointless task (try it and you'll see). Find an opening in the corner of the room and do a running jump into it. The hall to your right leads you to the Gold Secret; jump and grab up to the next level to crash down into the secret, but don't jump in the blades! Go back out to the hall and make your way into the flooded room. Find the secret passage in the near corner of the pool that leads you to the Jade Secret outside the ship.
Hop to the other side once you're in the lopsided room. Don't worry if the floor crashes; you can still get through by jumping over the lowest corner. Walk over to the far left corner and do a running jump to the edge so you can shimmy across. Hoist yourself up and walk across the lopsided room into a hall. Get ready for some serious gunplay!
Go down the stairs and past the balcony. Pull the block out in the hall to reveal a passage for you once you get to the other side. Go back out and jump down from the balcony with your Uzis blazing. Jump down into the dark pit and pull the block out to reveal the Theatre Key. Go back up, then go down the reveraled hall and enter the theatre. Shoot the guys above, then climb up and push the switch that opens the stage.
Pull the block and climb up into the area behind. Be carful as you walk in the dark, there's a spikey gap in the middle of the floor. Push the button at the end to fill the dark pit with water. Go back out and swim across to the level exit door.
A lot of guys have flamethrowers in this level, so beware. At the start, turn left and make a long drop into the water below. Climb out onto the rocks and find the Stern Key. Now swim through to the other side and try not to get scorched by the baddies.
Move the blocks around to reveal the Stern door. Walk down to the water and dive in.
Pull the lever underwater; the trap doors outside will open.
Go back out and drop down into the trap door, then follow the hall to a ladder. Climb up and pull the lever to drain the pool. Now you can pull the block out in the drained room to reveal another hall. Follow it to a huge pool. There's a Stone Secret in the seaweeds below.
Towards the left corner of the pool, you'll find an opening that leads to the other side. Follow the hall all the way to the end. Pick up the HealthPak and juice up before you fall onto the life raft below; you will sustain some damage. Get the Cabin Key and swim past the nasty Great Whites.
Go back out to the hall and take the right passage and climb your way up to the top of the deck. To clear out the area, try shooting some guys from the top before you descend to the lower deck. Drop down into the pool and find the secret underwater door the Gold Secret.
Don't go all the way down, because you'll want to jump across to the red roof from the second deck. Before you jump to the red roof, however, look for a Jade Secret in a crevice to the right. Be very careful of the blades when you shimmy across; try the hand-stand move to get up. Unfortunately, you'll have to start from the beginning in order to get back to where you were. But we want those Secrets!
Run to the other end of the red roof and turn backwards to fall and grab the edge of the lower level. Hoist yourself up and jump into the passage in the far wall. Jump from block to block to get up and waste those wrench-wielding weirdos.
You're back out on the decks again, but you're higher. Make a running jump onto the roofs of the top deck.
Jump to the next roof and fall into the trap door. Go down the hall and pull the block out to reveal a switch inside. Pull the switch to open one of the doors on the deck.
Go through the open door and use the Cabin Key. Run as fast as you can over the falling floors to the button, but leave some parts alone so you can return. Push the button to open the last door on the deck.
Go through the last door and climb the wall opposing the high wall to get on top. Drop down to the roof below and grab the Storage Key. Go all the way back down to the lowest level and get rid of those flamethrowers. Open the storage room and grab the Seraph to exit the level.
Hey, new outfit! Kill the eagle - a lot of these animals are endangered species! - and run out to the huge hill with the boulders. Run into the safe corner to the left and watch them roll by.
Go to the top of the hill, jump through the ice glass and immediately grab the far wall.
Climb up to the open area and kill more birds. Fall and grab your way down to the lower level to enter the cave. Don't fall in the pool because you won't be able to get out and you'll have to restart the game (a rare situation).
Beware of the falling icicles as you go through the cave. Wade through the water and come outside again to the pool. Jump to the flat ledge on the left side and climb up to the top of the canyon.
Kill the soldiers, then grab the Stone Secret near the caged door. Time to ride the snowmobile into the cave! You can use the X button to turbo-boost over slopes. Run over anyone who gets in your way as you proceed to the next arena.
Get off the snowmobile and find a hole in the wall you can jump into. Kill the leopards and move the blocks out of the way by pushing them into the hall you just came from. Get back on the snowmobile and use the big ramp to jump on the flat area that curves away towards the right. Line yourself up with the opening you just created ahead and turbo-blast your way in there. Use the snowmobile to jump over the large crevice ahead.
Park the snowmobile after the jump and walk along the right side. Climb up the ice wall and pull the lever to open a wooden door. Get back on the vehicle and continue on through the door. When you get outside to the ramp, get off and jump to the right; there's a Jade Secret there. Kill the leopards from where you are before you jump back to the snowmobile.
Get back on the snowmobile and turbo-blast over the large gap. Blast past the rolling boulders, then come back to the other side and park.
Climb down the hole into a cave where you will find the Drawbridge Key.
Go down, blast through the ice glass and shoot the gunman. Watch for the icicles in the next area; here you must use the lever to open the wooden door. Climb back up to your snowmobile.
Take the snowmobile to the next arena and use the Drawbridge Key. Drive over the drawbridge and blast past some more rolling boulders. Check out that cool techno soundtrack!
You'll see the Hut Key in the corner of the ice floor in the next arena. Be ready to draw your guns as soon as you pick it up. A major bad guy is going to try to run you over with his gun-mounted snowmobile. Jump around a lot and shoot or you'll be a pancake. You can check out his wheels after he's dead, but it won't be any use becauset there's no turbo boost. Don't worry; you'll have fun with one of these later.
Take the old snowmobile back to the hut; unfortunately, you'll have to park and walk the rest at some point. Enter the hut and pull the lever to open the wooden door outside. Get ready for a fierce shootout with three big dudes. Then go through the door and face another snowmobile driver. Stay up high to kill him. Now you can use his vehicle. Cross the next crevice by driving on the left side of the wall. You can get off and climb down to get the Gold Secret, but be careful of the boulders down there!
After a brutal snowmobile war, pull the block out and enter the next area. Run over everybody. Do an unbelievable jump with your snobmobile into the water below. You'll be OK, but you're vehicle is history. Kill the guy shooting from above. Climb out onto the ledge on the other end of the pool. Go through the tunnel to exit the level.
When you first enter the level, you'll see soldiers battling with monks. Don't kill the monks; they can help you out against soldiers. If you kill them, however, all the monks will attack you for the rest of the level. Take the ladder to the top, then jump up onto the rock ledge outside. Shoot away at all the pesky birds. Walk right and slide down and grab to an edge where you can shimmy across to the Monastery.
Break the glass and enter the Monastery. The monks may or may not attack depending on how well you behaved. Go into the room with the ladder and climb up to the Buddha Hall to obtain the Main Hall Key. Drop into the next room and watch for the rolling boulders at every turn.
When you dive into the pool of water, don't swim in the middle where the strong currents are or you'll get sucked in. Swim hard into the tunnel away from the currents.
You'll do a long drop down a shaft into the water below. Eeeeeee! Timing is key when running through the slicing metal doors. Watch your shadow so you know how far you are from the doors.
Go up the ladder into the next room. Proceed into the dark room with your guns drawn. This soldier has a very big gun and will dish out some serious damage, so have you HealthPaks ready. After he's gone, jump up the steps and get the first prayer wheel. The flames will turn on; safely jump between them. Pull the blocks out in the previous room and go back to the main hall.
Enter the Main Hall using the key and watch the monks battle the soldiers. You'll find a Gold Secret if you climb into the Buddha's back. Go into the room with the hall of blades. Jump over the first blade and enter the room to the left for the Strongroom Key. Go back out to the room with the window and enter the Strongroom to retrieve the Rooftops Key.
Enter the room with the rolling blades and use the key to enter the rooftooops. Take the path between the gold cows and flip the lever at the end to shut off the flames. Run and jump over the flame pits before they light up again.
Pull the lever in the next area to open the trap doors. There's some ammo above the ladder if you want it. Drop down and break the glass to get the two Gemstones.
Pull the lever around the corner to open up the door above the ladder. Climb outside to the door with the emblem and place the Gemstone in the opposite wall. Enter the door and move the block out to reveal the second prayer wheel.
Go back to the Buddha Hall and enter the passage to the right of the Buddha. Enter the room to the right and move the blocks around if you want to obtain some Uzi clips. Proceed ahead and watch for the trap door. Jump over to the other side and run towards the window on your right. You will be pursued by a bunch of angry soldiers. Bust through the window to the courtyard below. Take the ladder in the courtyard for the third prayer wheel. Climb back down and pull the lever to open the door. Return to the Buddha Hall.
Now enter the other room with the ladder and climb up to an opening in the wall facing the Buddha. Do a running jump onto his hand, cross over his head to the other hand and jump into the other wall. Place the Gemstone and voila! The trap door under the Buddha has opened.
Descend under the Buddha and locate the slide that leads to the pool. Slide down and swim into a small opening to find the Stone Secret. Now return to the same spot before you slid down into the pool and pull the lever there to open a door. Enter and push the block to stop the water flow. Enter the drained pool, pull the block and get the fourth prayer wheel.
Make your way down the hall and prepare for some battle. Go down further to find a whole hallway filled with tricks and traps. The flame will turn off as you approach it. Drop down when the spikey pendulum swings away. Wait 'til the blade rolls by and hoist up to go across. Get out on the right side of the next pit to avoid the blade. If you follow the same path as the blade to the other end of the hall, you will find the Jade Secret behind the slicing doors. Proceed down the main hall and obtain the Trap Door Key.
Enter the trap door in the Main Buddha Hall and climb outside into the canyons. Follow the path into a dark hole where you will find a ladder. Climb to the top and cross the bridge while you ace the pesky birds. When you get to the small fortress, jump from the high ledge above so you can enter through the roof. Inside is the last prayer wheel!
Go back to the Buddha Hall and go to the room on the Buddha's left. Place all of the prayer wheels in the empty slots to open the large doors. Place the Seraph into the huge gold wheel to open the level exit door.
Avoid the icicles by walking around them. You can shimmy across the first area and enter the dark opening for the Stone Secret. Climb back out and drop down to the Yeti and kill him. Pull the lever and climb back up using the ladder.
Slide, jump and grab on the other side. Hoist up and immediately shoot the oncoming leopard. Go down and enter a larger area with stairs. As you descend, watch out for some baddies that come after you. Also, there are a lot more leopards down by the pool, so keep those guns drawn!
Jump over to the left ledge and move away from the boulders by jumping to the right ledge or into the pool. Go back up and run across the falling floors to the ladder.
Climb up to the top and do a backflip onto the spot behind you to pull the lever and pick up the Tibetan Mask. Drop into the drained pool, then jump over the gap with spikes and use the mask to open the cage.
Run up to the right side and watch the boulders go by. A group of hungry leopards will emerge. Jump into the hole above and enter the next arena. More felines will come after you, so keep shooting!
Go through the arch and climb up the ledges to find a small pool between the rocks. Dive in and grab the second Tibetan Mask. Watch for the gunmen as you re-enter the arena. Go back to where the boulders were, run around to the corner alley and use the Mask to enter a dark room.
Creepy noises let you know there are a lot of Yetis in the area. Jump across the gaps and throw down the lever. All the cages will open up and the Yetis will come upstairs, be ready. After some abominable slaying, move the block under one of the cage doors and flip the inside lever to open a door outside. By using the block, the cage doors will stay open so you can get out. Check for straying Yetis and items downstairs.
Go to the newly opened door and cross the bridge. Jump to the left when the boulders come rolling by. At the end of the second bridge, do a running jump to the ladder and climb up. When you get to the top, dive into the pool below. Swim through the arch and kill the pond inhabitants. Climb up the first ladder, drop to the right and immediately do two jumps forward to obtain the Jade Secret.
Continue on in the pool and jump onto the second ladder you find. Go up, do a backflip and pull the lever for the double doors below.
Go through the doors, kill the leopard and pull the lever on the block to open the doors in the main arena.
Enter the doors in the main arena and jump across to the other side. Trigger the first set of boulders by jumping to your right side as you approach them. If you fall into the pit below, you can find a lever to open the doors and exit; just be careful of the hungry cats!
Next, trigger the second set of boulders to your left by approacing them and jumping away. The boulders will crash through the wall and create a new passage.
This next task requires some speed and timing. But first, open the first door by walking across the dark square on the floor. Enter and immediately climb the wall to your left to obtain the Gold Secret. Go back out, quickly run over both the squares, jump through the first door, jump over the spikes and finally jump out the second door and grab the ladder on the other side. Climb down to exit the level.
Shoot the bell to open the door. Walk over to the second bell and use the springboard to launch yourself upwards to shoot it.
Use the large springboard in the middle to rocket yourself up to the top. Make sure you immediately grab the ledge, otherwise you'll come back down as crumpled Lara. Hit the lever on the top level to release the Yetis and get ready for an icy battle.
Enter the cage the Yetis were in and pull out the block that's opposite the door. You'll reveal a secret room with and invisible walkway. Go ahead and walk across the air to the Gold Secret. Go back in the cage and kill the stray Yeti inside, then pull the lever to raise the grated floors.
Go to the area below the grated floor, then use the springboard to get up there and shoot the bell on the other side. Both of the gates below will now be open.
Enter the gates and use the springboard to launch yourself right up under the next bell. Hoist yourself up, then immediately do a blackflip and shoot the bell. Keep flipping back and forth while veering to the left; you'll eventually hit level ground. Take the ladder up and jump to the left side. Kill the Yeti and continue into the tunnel. Look for a very dark area in the wall to the right; it will lead you to the Stone Secret.
Exit the other side of the tunnel and kill the tiger. Grab the Tibetan Mask that sits on the block. Return to the tunnel and find the open door that leads you into the next area.
Go to the last opening and hang from the ledge to drop down into the dark room. Ace the yeti and be careful of the spikey floors.
Climb up onto the balcony and insert the mask. The door to the left of the balcony will open up. Cross the bridge to the other side. Look familiar? It's part of the previous level.
Pull the lever and watch the piping hot lava pour out of the big dish to melt the ice below. Go into the pool and grab the Gong Hammer.
Swim to the other end and be ready for an onslaught of Yetis. The left tunnel leads you to an icy cavern where you'll find two uzi clips.
The other tunnel leads you to a giant slope with many boulders waiting to crush you. Trigger the first couple of boulders by walking up and jumping back. Eventually you're going to have to make that suicide run into the hole at the bottom right side of the slope.
Go out to the crevice, turn backwards and grab the ledge. Shimmy across, then hoist up and do a backflip to the other side. Jump across to the far wall and climb to the top. Find a hole and drop to the gong.
Bang that gong! Slide down and find the ladder at the far left end of the arena. Climb down into the dark pit and pull the lever; the hut door opens. Enter the hut and grab the Jade Secret.
Use the far left end of the ice structure to climb and enter. Step on the cult symbol on the ice block and go back out; a huge bird monster will appear. Blast the creature from the top to protect yourself. When the creature dies, the level ends.
You've finally made it through the dagger door! Run through the halls and out to the altar. The floor drops and you're off on a hairy ride. Jump over the blade and watch for the boulder. Once you hit the water slide, jump up and flip around so you're sliding backwards. Grab the edge of the waterfall and shimmy across to the left and find the Gold Secret. Jump back in the water and let the current take you to the end. Enter the hole to the right of the waterfall. Get out of the water and kill the tigers on the temple grounds. Use the springboard to the left of the temple to rocket up to the top of the roof. Pull the lever and swim back out to the ladder. Climb through the opened hatch and enter the lava room.
Climb down, grab the lower level and shimmy across to the right side. If you drop one more level down, you can shimmy across and grab the Stone Secret. Go around to the left end, jump across to the ladder and climb into the next room.
Climb the next set of ladders and shimmy across. Do a back flip and turn to grab the opposite side; this can be a little tricky! Do another back flip to the top. Run out to the third flling platform and fall down to the block below. Grab some shells.
Jump into the next area and slide. Before you get impaled, do two quick jumps to safe ground and pull the lever; the temple door opens. Go back to the temple and enter. Stay away from the statues; they'll start swinging their blades if you come too close. Enter the door to the right and climb up to another lave room.
Do a series of slides while jumping forwaard from ledge to ledge. The last jump is very quick; you'll have to grab the other side immediately to get up. Enter the next room quickly and throw down the lever. Rush out of the room before you get spiked by the walls. Don't grab the HealthPak; it's a dirty trick! Avoid the next three boulders by jumping away to the sides - you should be pretty good at this by now.
Climb the ladder and drop into the dark room. Light a flare and look for a lever. As soon as you pull it down, a tiger will come roaring at you! After you kill him, go up the opened gate and climb down the ladder. Try dropping and grabbing to get by the blades on the ladder. Run past two rolling blades and out to the rafters.
Ace the two eagles flying overhead. Push the switch on the far wall and quickly jump across the rafters before the door closes on you. Carefully walk by the swinging spikey pendulums until you reach two buttons on either side of a hall.
Press the right one first to open the far door, then side-jump to the next button to raise the floor. Run across quickly before the door closes. Keep running - there's a boulder coming from behind! Jump and grab the ledge on the other side before you're crushed. Grab the Dragon Seal and hop to the area behind the dragon. Enter the dark hall and pull the lever. Go back out and cross over th dragon's head to where you got the seal. Jump from ledge to ledge on the left side of the arena.
Use the springboard to launch up to the ledge. Jump back, grab the ledge and let the boulder roll over you. Hop from block to block to the other side. Use the springboard at the bottom of the slide to blast up to the Jade Secret. Go back up to the top ledge and enter the door. Pull the block out with the demon face and enter the next room. Pull the lever, drop down and run down the hall as you dodge more boulders. Go out to the main hall and use the Dragon Seal to open the door.
Run down the next hall while staying clear of the rolling blade by using the corner nooks. You'll drop down into a flooded room with many levers. Quickly find the three levers that will open a door before you get smashed by the spikey ceiling. Get up to the waterfall and enter the pool.
Pull the underwater lever to raise the water level and open a gate (you'll see the dead fish float to the top). Go through the gate, swim right and pull two levers, then pull the third lever to flush yourself out to the main chamber again. Take a deep breath, then enter the newly-opened tunnel and pull the lever in there. Pull the main lever to raise the water level again. Now swim to the top, to the opened area. Run to the lever, open the door and fall in before you get spiked by the wall. You'll be flushed out to the Gold Key. Grab it, then head to where the ladder is and use the key to open the gate. Swim through the opened gate and enter a small underwater room to the right. The door will close. Find the lever on the middle pillar and pull it to open the door. Don't engage the fish in battle or you will run out of air! Go through the opened passage.
Enter the spider's lair with your guns drawn; these guys are not friendly. Make your way down the passage while shooting the oncoming spiders. Get out to the middle arena and climb the podium to hop along the wall. Once you get to the top, do a mega-jump to the tall podium in the middle. Hop toward the opening and exit. Go through the tunnel and jump out to the podium in the water to acquire the Silver Key.
G back toward the temple grounds and use the key to open the door to the right. Jump the blocks while avoiding the boulders to get to the top. Climb up and do a back flip to the next podium to access the room above. Do a double jump to get past the rolling blade; don't attempt to climb the steps or you'll get sliced. Walk in the door to the right. If you go left and drop down to the lower level, you'll find some items.
Cross the bridge and kill the eagle. Push the button and wait for the blade to roll by. As soon as it does, follow it down the bridge and back into the room.
Go back out to the area where you did the back flip on the podium. This time, use the series of springboardss to the right to blast your way up to the top. Start with a running jump and keep pressing forward as you hit each board, then grab the edge to lift yourself up. Go down the hall to the last lava room. Jump to the right and quickly run to the ladder climb up quickly. Climb up, pull the lever and run down before you get spiked by the second moving wall. Jump across the platforms to get to the Main Chamber Key on top of the dragon.
Slide down and do a quick jump-and-grab when you get to the bottom. Jump into the little crack between the dragon and the door to get to safe ground again. Use the key, then jump on the lowered platform to get to the ladder.
Make your way to the top and you will see the second dragon. Jump across to the dragon, but this time don't slide down. Instead, jump toward the flat area near the ladder and climb up. Beware of the swinging blades; be ready to bust out a HealthPak. Do a series of tricky jumps, twists and grabs to make your way from ladder to ladder. When you get to the top right exit, you are done! Too bad you're too late to stop the ceremony.
Walk down the path and wait for the floating soldier. Blast him to bits and proceed to the ledge. Jump back a little, then jump onto the green ledge and two quick jumps. Grab the edge of the golden cage and enter. Pull the lever at the far end; the door to the floating hut opens.
Go down the hall and slide down to the hut. Engage in a fierce battle with the statue soldier. Enter the hut and grab the Mystic Plaque. The other two statues come to life, so beat 'em down! Go up to the roof by way of the rocks near the tree; you'll find the Jade Secret.
Go to the right side of the island and grab the edge. Drop down to the next level and pull the lever to open the gate. Go through the gate and jump across to the floating islands. Make your way back up by hopping from island to island.
Go back to where you did the double-jump to enter the golden cage. Look down and you will see the second Mystic Plaque. Simply drop down from the ledge and retrieve it.
Place the plaques to open the main doors. Go through the doors and fight the guardian. On the left side of the arena is a dark hole by the trees; enter this hole to get the Stone Secret.
Now go up to the left side and stand in front of the green boulder. Turn your back to it and do a backflip over it. Slide down and grab the ledge to watch the boulder pass you over. Hoist yourself back up and jump to the next ledge over to the pulley. Take the pulley half way and drop yourself down on the bridge.
Battle the green meanie and pull the lever. The other two come to life, so keep shooting! Use the second pulley to get to the wall. Shimmy across the green ledge and drop down. Go back to the first pulley via the roof and take it all the way to the next arena. Jump out to the main area and push the block so you can access the higher level. Pull the lever on the top level and go back down.
Drop down into the middle of the center pit. Pull the lever and make your way back up near the shooting wall.
Go back up to the higher ledge and do a "leap of faith" into the firey trap doors below. Pull the lever and swim through the tunnel on the left side.
Pull the next lever to stop the swinging blades. Go back out to the main arena and jump back up to the newly-opened area above the pulley line.
Jump across the spikey floor and grab the ledge to shimmy across. Pull the lever, turn around and do a running jump into the door below. Go through the opened gate and drop down into the pit.
It's time to get serious - this is a major battle zone. First pull the lever and watch the gates rise. Start battling with the knife throwers, but don't leave the caged area until they're all dead. Now step out and engage in a grueling exchange with the four horrible statues. Pull the two levers to open the door to the stairs.
Ace the knife thrower in the stairway and pull the lever at the top. Two aggressive guards will come down from the door you just opened, so be ready for more bloodshed.
Go through the gate and climb the wall. Go up halfway and do a backflip, turn and grab (just like the end of the previous level). Repeat the maneuver for each wall.
Come out to the top and hoist yourself up. Do a series of forward and backward jumps while veering to your left to get on solid ground. Kill the knife thrower, then jump to the right side. Walk over the rocks and face the ledge that's jutting out on the other side. Jump to it and drop down on the side. Go through the tunnel and you will find the Gold Secret - the last one! Go back out and jump across to the other side. Back flip to the ledge on the other side. Turn left and jump into the level exit.
There are four guard statues in this room and two levers: one behind a guard and another on the side of a pillar. Use heavy weapons and don't get "staked!"
After you've cleared the first area, enter the dark room and fight a whole army of knife throwers. Keep moving - they're not very accurate with their cutlery. One of them is carrying the Mystic Plaque to open the lair.
Enter the lair and watch Bartoli transform into a dragon! Go nuts on him and be careful not to get it up. If you do, immediately dive into the pool below.
The dragon will roar and hit the ground after several shots. Run up to the dragon's chest and use the X button to yank the dagger out. Hurry or he'll magically heal himself!
Once you grab the dagger, run like mad out through the door. Keep running while dodging the falling rocks and you're done! Excellent!
You're at home kicking back with your new toy when a bunch of cult members pull up. Don't these guys give up? Open the door next to the bed and gather all the ammo before they come upstairs.

Start moving downstairs as you beat down the trespassers. Get out of Lara's house!
Step outside and clear the area. The last guy has a very powerful gun, so beware. After they're all dead, walk back into the mansion and get treated to one of the most tempting ending sequences in a game! The next time you start, you'll have unlimited ammo and all weapons.
