Es increible que un juego no pase de moda, como ocurre con la mayoria de los que salen hoy en dia, donde uno tiene un principio y un final ya programado, inclusive en los juegos de estrategia. Esto no pasa con Civilization II, uno decide su futuro y nunca

Before being introduced to civ2 (Aug. -97) I was a great fan of David Eddings.Now I can´t think of doing anything but playing civ2. (lots of 24 hour sessions).

I have a question: How does the "join city"- order for a settler/engineer effect a city with no major foodsurplus ?
