Welcome to the English edition of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Expert Rules Page.

What do I mean by English edition? Well, there is a very famous site for rulings of Yu-Gi-Oh! in Japan, which is called The Yu-Gi-Oh! Expert Rules Page (surprise). The site has rulings on nearly every card there is, and is more than goldmine of information for those that are playing the Japanese version.

My page right here hopes to be the child of the original Japanese page, helping people understand the rules and rulings of cards in the world of Yu-Gi-Oh!

Rulings/clarifications that were added since the last update are in yellow text. That color will be removed in the next update.

How do you know that these are "official" rulings? The rulings in the following pages are official JAPANESE rulings. The English game uses the SAME rulings set forth in Japan. Thus, these rulings can be trusted COMPETELY. You can choose to ignore the rulings contained here, if you wish. But you'll be wrong. I'm not being arrogant here; I don't make the rulings; I only relay them.
