Battle 106: The Bravery Of Another
Yugi cries, and the his group goes to him. Seto says that he
"saw Yugi's weakness in the end", but Anzu remarks that Seto has
lost: lost to himself.
Seto takes the Star Chips, and he and Keith enter the castle.
The time for the tournament is almost over. Yugi and company are
about to get more Star Chips when the guard tells them that the
ship with the players has already left. Only four people are
allowed to enter; that does not count Seto, who is a special
guest.
Jounouchi has enough Star Chips to enter, but he volunteers to
give them to Yugi. Yugi refuses when Mai Kujaku appears, and
offers to give Yugi six Star Chips.
Battle 107: Into the Castle
Mai offers to give Yugi six Sta Chips (since she has sixteen, to
Jounouchi's amazement).
Yugi refuses, as a matter of pride, but Jounouchi tells him to
fight for what is most important to him. Yugi takes the Star
Chips and enters the castle with Mai. Anzu, Honda and Bakura are
about to enter after Jounouchi, but the guard forbids it.
Jounouchi simply knocks him out.
The group finds Keith overlooking a room, and Jounouchi wants to
battle, but Keith says afterward. Seto and Pegasus are about to
have a Duel.
Battle 108: The Beginning of Fear!!
Pegasus and Mokuba come out, Mokuba like a zombie. Pegasus tells
Seto that he has sealed Mokuba's soul in a card. If Seto can
defeat him, he will release Mokuba's soul.
Seto wishes to fight with the Duel Disks, but Pegasus says that
if he truly wishes to do so, Mokuba will fight in his place.
Seto declines, and they begin a normal Duel.
Yugi tells Seto to watch out for Pegasus' "Dragon Sealing Jar".
Jounouchi wonder why he is helping Seto. Yugi tells him that
Seto is only fighting to rescue what is most-important to him.
Pegasus starts with a "Toon Alligator" (4/800/1600) in Defense
mode, and places a card.
Seto has a "Blue Eyes" in his hand, but he places a card, and
plays "Rude Kaiser" (6/1800/1600). He attacks Pegasus' monster
and destroys it. Pegasus overacts.
Pegasus then plays "Parrot Dragon", (6/2000/1300) and attacks.
Seto activates his trap card "Hypnosis", putting the Parrot
Dragon to Sleep, and reducing its attack by 800 (Attack 1200).
The Rude Kaiser slays it (P's LP: 1400)
Seto has his hand on the "Blue Eyes", ready to play it, when
Pegasus stops him. He activates a trap card "Prediction" (When
your opponent is about to play a card from his or her hand, guess
whether its attack is greater than or less than 2000. If
correct, that card become yours.) Pegasus calls "Big", and takes
Seto's Blue Eyes White Dragon.
Battle 109: The King of Fear!!
Seto puts his Rude Kaiser in Defense mode. Pegasus uses Mind
Scan on Pegasus, and sees that he has "Dark Clown Master Sagi"
and the "Death Deck Virus" in his hand.
Pegasus places a card, then plays "Dark Rabbit" (4/1100/1500) in
Defense mode. Seto then plays both "Sagi" and "Deck Virus". In
response to playing the "Virus", Pegasus activates the placed
card, "Dark Energy", multiplying the attack of all Dark monsters
by two. The Virus is purged, and Pegasus attacks, destroying
Sagi (K's LP: 1000).
Seto plays a Minotaur in Defense Mode, then end his turn.
Pegasus is about to play a card when he asks Seto if he likes
cartoons. (NOTE: Yes, cartoons. NOT anime.) His love of
cartoons lead him to create the card "Toon World", which he
plays. All of the monsters that he plays become Toon cards.
The Toon World book opens, and the Dark Rabbit leaps forth and
slays the Minotaur. It then disappears back in the book.
Pegasus reveals that the Toon monsters cannot be attacked after
they are enclosed in the book.
Then, Pegasus plays the "Blue Eyes" that he took from Seto, and
through Toon World it becomes "Blue Eyes Toon Dragon"
(3000/2500). It then destroys the Rude Kaiser.
Seto figures out that Pegasus is somehow reading the cards in his
hand, so he discards them, and begins to play off of his deck.
He draws Blue Eyes and plays it.
Battle 110: The Toons are Attacking!!
Seto attacks with his Blue Eyes, but the body of Pegasus' Toon
Dragon bends out of the way, cancelling the attack. Pegasus
reveals that it is a power of the Toon Monsters that they cannot
be attacked.
Pegasus then plays "Shine Castle", a new page in the Toon World
book which increases the attack of a Light monster by 500 (Attack
3500). Toon Dragon attacks, but Seto activates "Attack Cancel",
and prevents the attack.
Seto then draws and plays "Dark Chains" on the Toon Dragon,
decreasing its attack by 700 (Attack 2800). His Blue Eyes then
destroys it.
Pegasus then plays the "Dragon Sealing Jar" (2/100/200), sealing
Seto's Blue Eyes in it (Defense 2700).
Seto plays "Vengeful Sword Stalker" (6/2000/1600) in Defense
mode. Pegasus places a card, then plays "Jar Demon"
(2/200/1800).
Seto attacks the Jar Demon, but Pegasus activates his placed
card, "Copy Cat" , which copies the effect of a card that was
discarded from play. Pegasus copies the "Death Deck Virus", so
when the Sword Stalker destroys the Jar Demon, the virus destroys
it, and the monsters in Seto's deck.
Seto can do nothing but play a Raise Dead on his Sagi, and end
his turn. Pegasus plays "Devil Box" (6/2300/2000) and destroys
Sagi.
Battle 111: Swaying Decision
There way that Seto can win. Pegasus seals his soul in a card.
Yugi changes, and Pegasus tells them that they will fight on the
next day. Yugi pulls out both of the "award cards", Keith
remarking to himself that he does not have either. Yugi gives
the "Gold" card to Jounouchi.
The group is escorted to a dining hall where Mai is waiting for
them. They see two paintings on the wall, one of "Shaadii" and
the other of a beautiful woman.
Battle 112: Evening of Battle
During dinner they have soup, and in that soup, there was a
replica of the Millenium Eye. Pegasus shows up on a screen on
the wall, and tells them that they will have "Tournament Bingo".
Inside each replica eye is a letter. The corresponding letters
will determine who will play who. Yugi and Mai will face off,
which leaves Jounouchi and Keith to battle.
At night, Honda sneaks around to find Mokuba and Seto, while the
changed Bakura thinks about Shaadii and the Millenium Items.
Battle 113: The Night
Honda is still walking around, when the normal Bakura appears and
(unknowingly) distracts the guards. As Bakura is heading back
toward his room, Honda grabs him, and they talk. Bakura goes
back to his room. Honda eventually finds Mokuba, but is caught.
Keith sneaks into Jounouchi's room and steals the "Gold" award
card. As he sneaks out, Yugi find him. Keith attacks him, but
Jounouchi wakes up and beats Keith up.
Honda is sitting in a cell when the guard gets knocked out,
finding that the changed Bakura has done it, and lets him out.
Battle 114: Mai's Seduction
Mai and Yugi begin their battle. Mai starts off with a "Harpy
Lady" (5/1300/1400), and she places a card.
Yugi plays "Dark Knight Gaia" (6/2300/2100) and attacks. Mai
reveals the Trap card "Reflective Mirror Wall", reducing Dark
Knight Gaia's attack by half (Attack 1150).
Mai then attaches "Cyber Bondage" to the Harpy Lady (Attack
1800), and destroys Dark Knight Gaia (Y's LP: 1350).
