PLASMA SWORD

The dream of every lover of the nine Star Wars (tm, ©) movies! This sword looks only like a tube before it's turned on, but then watch out! Its electric system "throws" electrons at very high speed in a very thin line. These electrons hit air molecules, heating them at very high temperature, transforming the air in front of the tube in red glowing plasma! The sword can then then pass through almost anything, melting everything it touches.

This weapon isn't available yet and is still in serious testing. The heat released by this weapon is so high, you can't use it for more than a minute at a time. An emergency system turns the sword off if it is dropped.

Rules: Amor impact divided by two to resist damage. Use melee (no concentration works) minus 2 for combat roll, exept if user have a Plasma Sword specialization.

      > Don't trust this guy, it's not like in the movies. Don't expect to block another sword with that it'll blew it apart... If you try to block an other plasma sword it'll pass through it. Just don't expect to heat the buzz of the shcok of two light saber when you use it! Beside it's a good weapon, but I don't know if it's advantages counter-balance its problems... I mean, an average troll does more damage than that that with a monosword!
          > Philodox

      > Not everybody's a troll, philodox! The problem is its handling, usually swords have a blade attached to them, it just doesn't feel the same way... Beside, the "blade" leaves a heat trail behind it for a very short time, I don't recommend going through it...
          > Coureur de l'ombre

      > If you practice enough with it, it ain't a problem... The handling's just fine, it's just different.
          > Star Chaser

      > Where did you guys try that weapon? Isn't it supposed to not be on the market already?
