Yuke Yuke (Go-Go) Trouble Makers takes place on a gorgeous, colorful world called Nendoro, and stars a house maid. The denizens of the planet, also known as Nendoros, enjoy a peaceful co-existence, at least until now.
Marina, the house-cleaning robot who serves as maid to Professor Gumbel, an altruistic adventurer, gets relief from her menial position one day when the professor is discovered missing, and she sets off to save him. The Prof had suspected mischief lurking, but before he could discover anything, the Nendoros captured him and took him away.
Now it's up to Marina to rescue him, but she has no built-in weapons of any kind to defend herself. Strangely, she can grab stuff to use as her defense, and grab stuff she does. She grabs enemies, objects -- missiles, lasers - anything, and hucks them at enemies in an effective fashion as she makes her way to save the professor. She actually inflicts the most damage by a combination of grabbing, shaking and tossing the enemies. She is said to shake an opponent like a piggy bank to make them drop items!
Nendoro is the planet where most of the action takes place, and it's inhabited by a fairly developed indigenous and seemingly peaceful society of varing creatures. Some are shaped like balls while others have coil-spring torsos. The big quesiton is why would these seemingly harmless natives kidnap the Professor? Marina is bound to find out, either by mistake or through sheer will, to save the professor.
