This allows a psychic to view another's dream from at third person standpoint. He can interact with the dream reality in whatever capacity he is allowed by the dreamer's subconscious mind; usually his stats and powers aren't changed, but sometimes strange things can happen (GMs are encouraged to be very creative here...). Note that if the psychic is killed in the dream reality he must make a save vs. Insanity or die from the psychosomatic shock. The psychic can try to wake the dreamer from inside the dream, but only has a 25%chance of success (this also works on those under the influence of a Sleep spell).

This allows two-way mental communication between the psychic and one other person. The psychic can speak to the subject’s mind and hear anything intentionally sent by the subject. If the psychic or the subject also possesses Total Recall, the one possessing the power can replay sections his own of memory to the other. Contact can be severed automatically by the psychic or with a successful saving throw by the subject.
Telepathic Illusion

This creates an illusion in the subject's mind of anything the psychic desires. It can draw on any one or all of the five senses, but cannot cause any real damage. If it touches the subject, he will fully realize that it's an illusion (thus automatically passing the saving throw). The content of the illusion is limited to the psychic's experience and imagination. Any illusory damage taken by the subject is fully restored after the duration expires or the subject passes the saving throw, though particularly horrific illusions might cause a heart attack (30% minus the subject's M.E.)

This is an advanced form of Bio-Regeneration that completely restores a psionicist's body, regrowing lost limbs, removing scars, purging the body of diseases, drugs, and toxins, and healing damage. The psionicist goes into a deep trance for 10 hours; during this time, he cannot react or be easily awakened. If the trance is interrupted, only a fraction of the damage (corresponding to the fraction of time spent in the trance) is healed, and any limbs regrown are useless until the psionicist undergoes another uninterrupted Bio-Restoration cycle.
The I.S.P. cost is different in that the character must permanently give up 50 I.S.P. when this power is selected. This power will automatically come into effect if the psionicist is incapacitated and near death (hit points drop to or below 0), and it can be activated at any time by the psionicist.
Chaos Blades

This is an advanced, and extremely destructive form of Force Blade. It forms many blades of telekinetic force that randomly whip around the psionicist in a 12 foot (3.6 meter) spherical radius. Everyone and everything within the sphere (except the psionicist of course) takes 6D6x100 M.D. per melee. The blades will also shred any projectiles fired at the psionicist, thus making it impossible to hit him with any non-energy weapon except on a natural 20. This is usually used as a last resort attack/defense since it drains so many I.S.P. from the psionicist.

Upon entering into the dream reality, the psychic can completely control every aspect of the dream. The dreamer can be kept in the dream reality for up to 3 hours (and subjected to anything the psychic can imagine) or woken up by the psychic (98% chance of success). If the dreamer is awakened by any other means, he must save vs. coma/death at -15% or die immediately; if the dreamer is killed in the dream reality, he must save vs. Psionics at -2 or die from the psychosomatic shock. If the dreamer is awakened or dies, the dream ends automatically.
Force Blade

This allows the psionicist to create a blade of telekinetic force that can be wielded with amazing precision; the actual blade itself can range in size from 2 inches (5 cm) in to 3 feet (0.9 m). Used as a weapon, this blade does 2D6+2 M.D. and grants the psionicist +3 to strike, +2 to parry, and one extra attack per melee, but only when using the blade. Unlike the psi-sword, the blade is nearly invisible (forcing a -2 on opponents’ rolls to parry and dodge) and doesn't require the psionicist to use his hands.

This allows the psychic to instantaneously drain all I.S.P. from another psychic. This has no adverse effect on the drained psychic except rendering him unable to use psychic powers until he regains I.S.P. This power is automatically nullified by Mind Block.
Telepathic Illusion (super)

Saving Throw: Standard, after realizing the illusion may not be real
This is a more powerful version of its Sensitive counterpart. It can take elements from the subject's mind to create the illusion, and thus is almost completely realistic to him. If the illusion does something that would cause the subject damage, half of the damage taken is real due to the subject's body biochemically reacting to what it perceives, and if the subject takes enough damage that he would die if all the damage were real, he must save vs. Psionics at -2 or die. If the saving throw is passed, he will go into a coma for 2D4+1 hours. If the illusion does something not possible for an illusion to accomplish (such as pick the subject up 20 feet or encase him in solid granite), the subject automatically gets a saving throw with a +2 bonus, due to extremely conflicting sensory input.

This allows the psionicist to teleport himself, and every person he has skin-to-skin contact with, and up to 500 lb of gear per person, to a place known to the psionicist. This is accomplished by creating a fold in the fabric of spacetime and moving through the fifth-dimentional gateway created before spacetime smooths itself out. There is a 5% chance that anyone taken through the gateway who dosen't have this power (and thus the mindset allowing him to deal with viewing polydimentional physical realities) will go insane (GM discretion on the extent of the insanity).
