At the Continue screen, press Up, Down, Right, and Left.

Play as Vitriol:
At the fighter select screen: Right, Right, Right, Up, Up, Down, Left, Left, Down, Down. The fighter Vitriol should appear.

Hold down R and L on Controller Two while executing the following commands on Controller One:
Level skip: Press Start
Instant map: Press Z
Increase weapon power: Press X
Restore shield: Press A
