SEGA Rally Championship
Race Backward:
To race on backward tracks, start a game in "Arcade Mode." Then, at the "Select Game" screen, put the cursor on either "Championship" or "Practice." Then hold Y and press C. When your car appears, you will be facing backwards on the track.
Hidden Car:
Press X, Y, X, Y, X at the mode-select screen. Then pick Practice or Championship mode. At the car-select screen, keep pressing Down, and you can select a hidden car.
Street Fighter Alpha
To play as Akuma:
For player one, at the "Player Select" screen, press and hold L. Then move the cursor over the "?" box in the lower left corner. Then enter the following: Left, Left, Left, Down, Down, Down, then press X and Button Y simultaneously. Akuma should appear in the box. For player 2: Press and hold the top L button and move the cursor on the "?" box in the lower right-hand corner. Then enter the following: Right, Right, Right, Down, Down, Down, then press A and B simultaneously.
To play as M. Bison:
For player one, at the "Player Select" screen, press and hold down the top L button. Then move the cursor over the "?" box in the lower left corner and enter the following: Left, Left, Down, Down, Left, Down, Down, then press X and Y simultaneously. For player two, press and hold down the top L button. Then put the cursor over the "?" in the lower right-hand corner of the screen and enter the following: Right, Right, Down, Down, Right, Down, Down, then press A and B simultaneously.
To play as Dan:
For player one, press and hold L and R. Then put the cursor over the "?" box in the lower left-hand corner and quickly press Y, X, A, B, and Y. For player two, press and hold R or L and put the cursor over the "?" box in the lower left-hand corner. Then quickly press Button Y, X, A, B, and Y.
Tag-Team Match Against M. Bison:
Start a game and pick "Arcade Mode." Player One should do the following: Put the cursor on Ryu, hold down L and R, and press Up, Up. Release L and R and then press Up, Up. Then press X once, then Start twice. Player Two should do the following: Put the cursor on Ken, hold down L and R, and press Up, Up. Release L and R and then press Up, Up. Then press Z once, then Start twice. You should be at Chun-Li's "Great Wall" stage, but before the will be interrupted by M. Bison. Now both of you take him on.
Street Fighter Alpha 2
Play as Original Zangief:
At the "Player Select" screen, move the cursor over Zangief and press and hold the Start button. With the Start button still held, move the cursor over these fighters in the following order: Sagat, Sodom, Rose, Birdie, Charlie, Dhalsim, Ryu, Adon, Chun Li, Guy, Ken, Zangief. Then press any button. When the match starts, you'll play Zangief with his original moves.
Play as Original Dhalsim:
At the "Player Select" screen, move the cursor over Dhalsim and press and hold the Start button. With the Start button still held, move the cursor over these fighters in the following order: Zangief, Sagat, Charlie, Dhalsim. Then press any button. When the match starts, you'll play as Dhalsim with his original moves.
Play as Evil Ryu:
At the "Player Select" screen, move the cursor over Ryu and press and hold the Start button. With the Start button still held, move the cursor over these fighters in the following order: Adon, Akuma, Adon, Ryu. Then press any button. When the match starts, you'll play as a much deadlier version of Ryu.
Play as Powerful Akuma:
At the "Player Select" screen, move the cursor over Akuma and press and hold the Start button. With the Start button still held, move the over these fighters in the following order: Adon, Gen, Sakura, Rose, Sodom, Dan, Guy, Rolento, Sakura, Rose, Birdie, Akuma. Then press any button. When the match starts, you play as a deadlier version of Akuma.
Chun-Li's Other Outfit:
To get Chun-Li's outfit as she wore in Super Street Fighter Turbo, start a one player game. At the character select screen, press and hold Start. Move the cursor over Chun-Li and keep it there for five seconds. With Start still held, press any button. The only other difference besides her attire is Chun-Li's fireball is now performed by charging back for two seconds, then pressing forward and any punch.
Street Fighter: The Movie
Play as Akuma:
Set the difficulty level to at least five and play the Street Battle mode. Keep playing without using any continues. At the end of the game, you'll fight Akuma instead of M. Bison. Lose to Akuma, continue, then press Start on Controller Two. Now you can use Controller Two to control Akuma.
Shinobi Legions
999 Shurikens:
At the Start/Options screen, select "Options." In the Options menu, move the cursor to "Shurikens." Simultaneously hold L and R, then press C, A, and B.
Level select:
Start a game and pause it. Then press A, B, A, B, C. Two numbers will appear in the lower left corner. Now you can go to any stage in the game.
One-hit Wonder mode:
At the title screen, put the cursor on Game Start and press A, B, C, B, A, Start. You'll have no lives, and one hit will kill you.
Slam 'N Jam '96
To enter any of the following codes, start a game, and after the "Scouting Report" screen, do the following:
For Big Heads:
Tap X rapidly until the tip-off. Then pause the game, and unpause it, and the players have big heads.
For Small Players:
Tap Z rapidly until the tip-off. Then pause the game, and unpause it, and the players have shrunk.
For Shot Percentage:
Press and hold L until the tip off. Pause the game, then unpause it, and every time you go up for a shot, you can see the percentage it has to go in.

View All Cinematics:
Start a game and pause it. Then press Right, Down, Down, Left, Down, Up, C, A, Left, Left. Now you can watch all the cinemas.
To access these hidden levels, start a game and pause it. Then enter the following:
Production Team Level:
Press Right, Down, Down, Left, C, Right, A, Z, Y. You will then see a screen that says "Heads Up! Production Team Level." Now your enemies are the heads of the people who made the game.
The Horde Secret Level:
press Right, Down, Down, Left, B, Up, Down.
For the Corkscrew level:
Press Right, Down, Down, Left, Start, C, Right, Up.
For the Undersea level:
Press Right, Down, Down, Left, Start, Up, B
For the Offworld level:

Stage Skips:
At the title screen, when the words "Press Start" are flashing, press and hold C, then press Start. Press Start again at the next screen with the silver bar and the word "Start" on it. When the game begins, press Start to pause. A map screen appears. At the map screen, do any of the following:
To Next Level: Press B.
Jump to Last Boss: Press C.
See the End Cinema: At the last boss stage, pause the game and press A.
