Chris Lattner's Graphic Programming Series. It's written for TurboPascal (lots of ASM tho) and includes not only fast routines from Putpixel to compiled Sprites - it also explains how they work.
Hornet.Org The Hornet Archive (aka. cdrom.com). Probably the most important demo-site on the net. Lots of demos and source codes.
X2FTP.OULU.FI Lots and lots of source codes that deal with game-programming on the PC.
SWAG The SourceWareArchivalGroup. An extensive collection of sourcecodes for TurboPascal (Delphi too).This is a must for every Pascal programmer.
