-Review of Half Life-

Some may call it 'Game of the Year'. Heck, I do.

Overall rating: smileysmileysmileysmileysmiley 5 smileys

ShortReview: The plot is very similar to any other first-person shooter. You play as Gordon Freeman, a scientist at the Black Mesa Research Facility. You are involved in some mysterious experiments. These experiments go amiss, and some repulsive creatures begin taking over the complex. It gets more complicated, but there's no need to ruin the surprises that await.

plus
You can hear the 'bad guys' talking about you on their walky talkies. That produces a rather cool effect. Like if you throw a grenade, you'll hear someone yell: "GRENADE!!". Also, weapons aren't just laying around like they were just left there for you. You get weapons by killing other guys and taking their guns.

minus
The only problem is that most of the humans in the game basically look alike, but who cares.
