ShortReview: The game starts in July, 1931. You play as the 'Stranger', a top-notch monster hunter who works through a mysterious agency known as Spookhouse. Spookhouse is dedicated to secretly protecting the world from monsters and the supernatural. Thrown clear from a horrible train wreck, the Stranger awakens in the 'classic western' town of Redeye, TX. The Stranger is supposed to meet fellow Spookhouse agent, Scat Dazzle, in Redeye to investigate the town's mysterious silence. You get up, dust yourself off, and are met by the town's preacher. He'll tell you about the recent happenings, and that your partner, Scat Dazzle, has been killed while protecting the townspeople. Scat is possessed by Baron Samedi, a powerful Voodoo spirit. With the right items, you can summon the Baron, and revive Scat.
That's just the first scene in the game. I'll leave the rest up to you. If your computer can handle this AWESOME game, I must say, "YOU ARE CRAZY NOT TO TRY IT".

These graphics are AMAZING. Your character wears a big ol' black overcoat. It swings freely with your movements/the wind. That's got to be some sort of breakthrough technology. If not, it still looks so incredibly realistic, you feel like you're actually there.
The System Requirements are rather difficult to meet. Here's a list of them. (But, even if your computer doesn't meet these standards, you can still play the game. It just won't be as good as with them.)
- Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows 2000
- Pentium2, Celeron, Pentium3 or AMD Athlon CPU
- 128 MB System RAM
- Sound Blaster Live! for environmental audio effects
- Matrox G200/G400, ATI Rage 128, S3 Savage 3D, or TnT/TnT2 for 3D acceleration
- 200MB of free disk space
- 200MB of free virtual memory
