I'm constructing a page about my bettas, but since I'm moving this summer... I've been thinking about trying to breed for high activity levels. I've noticed that some bettas, even when living with the same water, food, and temperature conditions, are simply more active than others. A beautiful fish that just sits at the bottom of the tank or spends all its time resting on one of the plants isn't as interesting to look at as one that is always moving.
