This is a set of six figs from the Munchkin Miniatures box set. The art they are based on is a line-based comic style, so I tried to paint them that way. Everything was blacklined, often thickly. Colors were highlighted by adding white, and shaded by adding black. I've seen color pictures of some of the characters, and I tried to use those colors. I used metallic paints instead of using white/grey/yellow/etc for simulating metal. The characters are drawn with white eyes surrounded by black, so that's why I did that. The details (like the smiley face on the shield, or the patches on the backpack) are scultped on the figures. 2002
