This is a Reaper Female Skoli. I'm not really sure what a Skoli is, but she looked like a cool figure to paint. 2002.
I entered her into the third Chick Contest. I spent a lot of time working on the nmm that is all over this figure. The turquoise on her clothes is mixed with a lot of grey. I painted the hair by basecoating in white, then using white, ivory, light purple and light grey to shade and highlight it.
