SOME OF THESE WILL FOOL UP THE GRAPHICS OF YOUR GAME OR DO EVEN WORSE DAMAGE TO YOUR GAME. SUCH CHEATS WILL BE MARKED WITH A BLINKING ASTERIX () I NOR NINTENDO CAN BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR GAME BY THESE CHEATS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
This is how to get over 100 of any item that you can have more than one of. Requirements: 1.You have to have benn to Cinnabar Island. 2. You need to have HM 2 and HM 3(2=FLY 3=SURF) 3. You need to trade with two people in the Pokémon Lab. Trade 1: Venonat for Tangela. Trade 2: Ponyta for SeelTo do this, put Masterball, Rare Candy, Nugget, etc., as your 6th item. Then FLY to Viridian City and talk to the man at the entrance of Route 2. Say No. Then FLY to Cinnabar. YOU MUST FLY!! Go to the right of the island and SURF half on land, half on water, stay on the right side of the island and SURF up and down till you find MISSINGNO. or a Pokémon with the letter M in it's name and no other letter. Beat them, but DON'T CATCH THEM, THEY ARE VIRUSES!! Then you will have over 100 of your 6th item. To refill, Repeat code, without trading again. You will also find Pokémon OVER level 100! It is okay if you catch them, but if they gain ONE or more Experience points, they will grow to Level 100, but you can Level them up with Rare Candies. In Red, the most common two are Snorlax and Golbat, in Blue, Staryu and Electrode, but more, including Mewtwo, have been rumored to be found. This cheat only fools up the Graphics in your Hall of Fame on PC, if you are League Champion, and the music in the Pokémon Centre will change if you Look at Hall of Fame, but go out side, and the music returns to normal everywhere.
Game Genie Codes
Here are the Game Genie codes to get any of the 151 Pokémon with Game Genie. Make sure that you put in the base codes to catch each one. Replace the *'s with the numbers of letters specified. The place you catch them is the field between Mt. Moon and Cerulean City. You'll probably know where this is because it is the first place to catch Ekans or Sandshrew.
