Title of the news item here! Sept 11th, 1981 Now the actual news items of the site will have this extra top block with a date stamp. Stuff like "There has been reports of a new Goemon game on the horizon" will also be up there on the title block before going into summary of the news item, then a marker on the end by who posted it.
