Tips

When making
a new character, always choose to start out with the dodge and the slash
skill.

At the beginning,
if you don't know the world of Meridian, get a map from a web page (there
is one in the Meridian Bible)

When you are
still a newbie, make a few friends, once you have friends, go hunting alone
or with them.
-
ALWAYS, KILL
KILL KILL KILL KILL KILL KILL until you are powerful.

Have fun, don't
take everything too seriously.

When you die,
try to get your stuff back as soon as possible, unless you died in a very
hard place to get to or with very hard monsters in it.

Do not try to
be a hero and help others kill monsters unless they ask for help. People
in Meridian don't like heroes who butt in without permission.

The harder monsters
you kill and/or hunt, the faster your hp will rise.
-
You have to
get hit by the monster at least once to gain hp on it. (You won't gain
hp on every monster you kill)

When in doubt,
mail me, I'll try to help
you out.

Read the help.
That should be the very first thing to do.

Don't ask people
stupid questions like "How do I fight?" or "What is a guild?" it annoys
everyone.

The biggest
mistake people make is joining or forming a guild right when they reach
30 hp. If you make or join a guild at 30 hp, you have a huge chance of
getting killed fast or getting people after you. It is fun to be in a guild,
but not when you are the weakest one in it, so join a guild once you reach
40-50 hp.

Don't be a show-off.
People will kill you.

Do not, and
I repeat, DO NOT lie about anything (especially possession of hard-to-find
or very expensive objects.) You will have people after you really fast.

Try to be friends
with everyone. But don't "buy" your friends.
Stats
to Use for Different Types of Characters
Warrior -
MIGHT - 50, INTELLECT* - 1-25, STAMINA* - 49-25, AGILITY - 49, MYSTICISM
- 1, AIM - 50
* - Your choice
= With the intellect at 25, you advance faster. But then your stamina would
be at 25 and you would need to eat and rest a lot.
Mage - MIGHT*
- 5-15, INTELLECT - 50, STAMINA - 40, AGILITY - 5, MYSTICISM - 50, AIM*
- 50-40
* - Your chaice
= With more might, your hp will grow faster, but then your aim would be
lower and you would miss more.
