Go to the options menu and set the difficulty to Amateur, turn off the Turbos, and turn off the Grapple.  Next, select the credits while golding down the L2 button on the controller 1.

Super Manuverability

Anytime during the race, hold down L1, R1, L2, R2.  You will know it is working because your rider will be leaning off to the right.  However, you need big hands to do this, so if you are one of those, you will never have to use a Grapple again!

Tricks

On the Joyride track, go to the easy jump to do stunts.  After going on it turn around and head towards the backside of it.  Aim you bike for the left edge/middle of the jump, and keep going.  You will go through it and get shot up so that you can do 4/5 flips/corkscrews!!

Ultra High Jump

After you beat a professional fill season on the 3 tracks, you are rewarded with 4 new ones. On the level entitles "CliffDive" do the following; go through the race like normal until you rack the part where it says "Danger Ahead"  Dive off of the cliff doing whatever tricks, etc. If you stop and look around there will be a mountain with a tree on top.  Go next to it and hit the gas while angling your bike upwards.  You will slowly start to climb the cliff!  From there you can fly off of the top of the mountain and you are in TRICKSTER STUNT heaven man! You can even use a turbo while scaling the mountain and will fly so high in the air, and you can pull off about EIGHT flips, 720's, and other crazy tricks!
