Cotton:
Go to the Bio Research Lab in shrike. Go through to the library. Go up to the shelf in front of the door and press circle. Go in to the staircase with 5 floors. Go to the top and through the door. Go through the side door of the hallway you will be in. Beat the guys.

Riki:Pub in Scrap
Mei-ling:Pub in Scrap
Lute:Pub in Scrap
Gen:Pub in Scrap
T260:Pub in Scrap Rouge:Port in Luminous
Asellus(on Emelia game only):Trinity Base(same with White Rose)
Emelia:Baccarat(must be finding Gold Card)
Annie:In front of restraunt in Koorong(must be hunting Freedom Rune)
Liza:In restraunt in Koorong(must have Roufas on party.Must be looking for Hide Rune)
Dr. Nusakan:Back Alley in Koorong(must be searching for Hide Rune)
Roufas:In Mu's Tomb(must be hunting Victory Rune)
Mesarthim:Beat Squid in Lord Manor. Go through side door.BEWARE:Do not touch the treasure.
Fei-On:Tanzer(Must be hunting Vitality Rune)
Thunder:Cliff In Yorkland(Must have Lute)
Zeke(T260 game only):Go to Sei's Tomb and get a mouse.
Engineer Car:Nakajima Robotics(Must have a mec)
Fuse:Go to IRPO and get a flower out of Mosperiburg (Must be hunting Grail Card)
