Queen Rearing

These pages will have the step by step proceedure I did while raising my Queens from the pure russian queen (Purple Line USDA) I purchased from Glenn Apiaries in Fallbrook Ca. My plan is to install the russian Queen and get them established and use the Jenter Queen System. My Goal is to do a fall requeening of all my old queens and provide some queens for a few friends for their fall requeening also.

The local stock and the majority of my bees are Italian, so the off spring would be russian/italian cross.
