Here you can download updates for almost every league included in Sensible World of Soccer. All you have to do is to download the files you wish to update by clicking on the floppy's or download the entire "data archive", which basically is a copy of all the updates I use when I play SWOS (in one zip file).
Replace the "team.***" files in your "swos/data/" directory with these files and the game is updated to include the newest league transfers, relegation's etc. (tip: it's a good idea to create a "swos/databackup/" directory and place the old data files there, since the new updates might crash (although I check them), see the updating manual for further information on this subject.
