All rules of 1835 are used with the following additions/exceptions:
- There are four private companies. Each private company does not block its home hexagon.
- The Chaguanas (CG) sells for 100M and pays 5M per operating round. The buyer gets a free 10% share of the FTR.
- The Débé (DB) sells for 110M and pays 10M per operating round. The buyer gets a free 10% share of the FTR.
- The Pierreville (PV) sells for 120M and pays 15M per operating round. The buyer gets a free 10% share of the FTR.
- The San Fernando (SF) sells for 190M and pays 20M per operating round. The owner of the SF gets the Director's share of the San Fernando Railway (SFR) for free. The SF closes when the SFR buys its first train.
- There are three corporations in the game:
- The First Trinidad Railway (FTR) - home station: Port of Spain (Use the BY parts from 1835).
- The San Fernando Railway (SFR) - home station: San Fernando (Use the SX parts from 1835).
- The Mayaro Bay Railway (MBR) - home station: Guyaguyare (Use the MS parts from 1835).
All companies are in the same tier: As soon as 50% of the FTR is sold, the SFR becomes available; as soon as 50% of the SFR is sold, the MBR becomes available.
