History of STx:

     The clan of STx started back in June/July of 1999. STxUndrDog was new to this online Quake 2 game and he was trying to learn the ropes. It was primarily played on www.heat.net. When ever he asked a question about what something was, did, or how to do something he was called names and generally made fun of. However, the question was never answered. We understand it's fun to joke with people, but not to be outright mean. If you want to act as a child, then find another clan to be an asshole with. So after some time STxUndrDog started getting some skills. Enough to be asked to join a few clans. He didn't like the way they played or their belief's so he said no. In a few tryouts, he cleaned a few leaders up off the floor in the process.

After awhile of constantly being asked to join a clan he decided to just make up a clan prefix to get them to leave him alone. So out of nowhere he put two letters of the alphabet together and made a new user. Lo and behold, they stopped bothering him other then to ask what STx stood for. haha It stands for NOTHING!! It's just two letters. Well, after a week of this imaginary clan STxUndrDog and STxCaptainHowdy got together and decided that Captain should do the same thing so he would be left alone as well. So now STx has two members! One late night while STxUndrDog was playing, he was getting his but whipped by a player on the other team in a painful fashion. However, he also noticed another defensive player that was doing quite well taking care of the bad guys. These gents were known as Quackers and Tyke. STxUndrDog asked them right then and there if they wanted to join this "ghost" imaginary clan. Both Quackers and Tyke accepted and thus then and there the STx Clan became and actual clan.

Since then, STx has enlisted the expertise of MRD007 who became STxMaul, and STxCisco. While STxMaul is a great defensive player, STxCisco is just as good starting a fight! haha Yes, most of us here are major shit disturber's. Since day one of this STx clan, we’ve grown in size, experience, expertise, and friendship. Some of the other clans we’ve played with and against know us because we are always around and always together. We play as a TEAM, we work together, and we win. If one of us is up against a force, all of us are up against it. All for one, and one for all. It’s that simple. We leave no one behind. If one leaves, we all leave. If one goes into a room, we all go into a room. We are a team first.

So in being a false clan, we’ve come up and added something that never was meant to be. It’s all kind of funny how we started, compared to how we are now. We have members who aren’t even in their teen’s yet and we have the older members that have been able to vote for many years. So far, all of our members include:
 
 

As you can see, it started as a joke and turned into a real clan. A real group of guys that can all be smart asses at times. And each into our own, we grow from each other. Until then…………
