This game help boost Sega's popularity, and, eventually became Sega's mascot. Sonic has to escape from molten lava, swims through waterfalls . There's also a rotating maze. The game has very good, colorful graphics, and Sonic and his enemys are very well drawn. The tunes are nice, and the sounds are good. The control is simple, but effective. This game is a must have for all Sega fans. For one player

The sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog is back and it's better. Sonic has a new Super Spin Dash, as well as a new freind, "Tails" the Fox. The levels are better then the previous Sonic game, in all the aspects. The casino level is just excellent. There's a two player option, so you can play with Sonic, and let a friend use Tails, or you can race each other and see who finishes first. For two players.

The arcade hit comes to the Genesis. You can choose between automatic, 4-speed and 7-speed manual transmissions. You can race in the Monaco Grand Prix, or you can participate in the world championship. There're 16 tracks, and the first six places get points for the championship. If you beat your rival twice in a row, then you get an invitation from your rival's team telling you they want you as their driver. There's a password feature.
