Sonic the Hedgehog

This game help boost Sega's popularity, and, eventually became Sega's mascot. Sonic has to escape from molten lava, swims through waterfalls . There's also a rotating maze. The game has very good, colorful graphics, and Sonic and his enemys are very well drawn. The tunes are nice, and the sounds are good. The control is simple, but effective. This game is a must have for all Sega fans. For one player

Sonic the Hedgehog 2

The sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog is back and it's better. Sonic has a new Super Spin Dash, as well as a new freind, "Tails" the Fox. The levels are better then the previous Sonic game, in all the aspects. The casino level is just excellent. There's a two player option, so you can play with Sonic, and let a friend use Tails, or you can race each other and see who finishes first. For two players.

Space Harrier II You've got to help Fantansyland. Armed a laser blaster, you've got many enemies to destroy. The graphics are good, but a little choppy sometimes. The ground looks very cool. The control is average. If you like the arcade version, then you'll probably like this one. The game isn't much fun after a while. For one player.

Super Hang On This is a very good arcade port. This is a first generation genesis game, and despite that, it has very good graphics. You can choose between 4 continents: Africa, Asia, America and Europe. You have to make it to the checkpoint before your time's up or you're out of the race. The turbo button helps you increase your speed. There's even an original mode, where you have to beat your rival five times in order to advance to the next track. By winning each race, you'll receive money to buy tires, frames, motors, oil. You can even hire a mechanic. You won't be dissapointed with this game. For one player.

Super Monaco GP

The arcade hit comes to the Genesis. You can choose between automatic, 4-speed and 7-speed manual transmissions. You can race in the Monaco Grand Prix, or you can participate in the world championship. There're 16 tracks, and the first six places get points for the championship. If you beat your rival twice in a row, then you get an invitation from your rival's team telling you they want you as their driver. There's a password feature. If you like driving games, this is a must have. For one player.

Super Off Road This is the arcade hit. You can choose the red or the blue vehicle. The tracks are varied and there're different configurations.If you win, you get money to buy nitros, tires, and other stuff. Good if you're a fan of the arcade, otherwise, don't get this one. For two players.
