Anyway, this is my page on Earthbound, the game that has broken the rules on RPGs. Here is a walkthrough if you don't know what you're doing...
Walkthrough!
This game is about Ness & his friends who set out on a quest to save the world from the evil Gygyas. I'm not sure that's how you spell it, so I'll just call him Geek. So Ness & his friends set forth on an amazing journey...
Along the way, Ness, Paula and Poo learn PSI. Those are psychic powers. They can heal, attack and defend using these powers. Jeff can't use PSI, but he can fix things real well.
This is Ness. He is your typical 13 year old who is destined to save the world. Okay, so maybe he's not so typical. But who is? He comes from Onett and he uses bats, yo-yos and sling shots as weapons.
This is Paula. She is the second character you get in the game. Her PSI powers are really powerful and she gets kidnapped several times. She comes from Twoson and uses frying pans, yo-yos and sling shots as weapons.
This is Jeff. He is the son of Dr. Andonuts, the wandering scientist. Jeff is a boy genius and can fix things overnight. He comes from a boarding school in Winters and uses a gun as his weapon.
This is Poo. He is the prince of a far east land called Dalaam. He also has powerful PSI. He doesn't have weapon that I know of.
Here are some other characters that help you on your journey.
Apple Kid: He is a genius who invents stuff for Ness. He helps you a lot with his inventions
Mr. Saturn: There is a whole valley of these weird cretures who speak like Yoda.
Runaway Five: This band constantly needs your help to get out of money troubles. But at least they'll let you ride their bus!
Escargo Express: They can store things for you and deliver them back... for a price.
Mach Pizza: Well obiviously they sell pizzas.
Dad: Call Dad and he can save your game.
Mom: Call Mom often or Ness will get homesick.
Tracy: She works for Escargo Express. Did I mention that she's your sister?
King: He's your stubbon dog who won't help you on your adventure. Some man's best friend he is!
Bubble Monkey: This cute monkey helps Jeff climb to really high places by floating with his bubble gum.
Sorry it's so low on the page before the tour of Eagleland actually begins, but I needed space... Anyway here goes!
