A.T.A.C. was formed by the United States Army. With government clearing they began the ultimate task of setting up the structure and network needed to run an agency of this size. Within four years of the permission to go ahead, A.T.A.C. was online and ready to go. The agency was small at first, with only around five hundred total employees. After their first year in operation as an anti-terrorist, anti crime unit, they blew away most competitors in their line of work and accumulated several awards for operation, efficiency, and overall outstanding community service. Since their inception, the agency still continues to grow with total members around four thousand total employees. Each member is paid extremely well for services rendered. Many of the retired agents have gone on to become pop-culture stars in the world of movies and TV shows. A.T.A.C. has been known on occcasion to work alongside of S.C.R.E.T., but since the two agencies differ slightly in the operations they seldom do this. However, many of the agents have worked for both of the two agencies, usually starting out in S.C.R.E.T. and ending up in A.T.A.C. The demands placed on the A.T.A.C. officer are extreme, and only the most hardy of applicants can take or meet the challenge. However, these officers are the most respected of the agents and are paralled with the Army's Rangers and Special Forces. A.T.A.C. has recently gone international, much to the chagrin of the INTERPOL. However, the two forces do work together. The President does see that there might be unforseen problems with an international force and many Congressmen are trying to reign in the power of the A.T.A.C. units and are lobbying to have the interantional unit either disbanded or restructured into the other existing units.

A.T.A.C. (Anti-Terrorist, Anti-Crime) AGENCY FEATURES: A. Outfits- Standard uniforms. Gray jumpsuits for all personnel and blue for mechanics. The commandos have red and gray BDU's and gray dress uniform. B. Equipment- Each agent has $30,000 for any and all equipment. Replacement for lost or damaged equipment is automatic. C. Weapons- Each agent has $50,000 with which to buy any conventional weapon. He/she also has $500,000 to buy any gimmick or energy weapon. All appropriate ammunition is supplied. D. Bionics & Robotics- 50% of all agents have 1D4 bionic implants. Robots include all four types, with the Mark VII being the most common. All damaged units are replaced or repaired quickly. E. Vehicles- Fleet vehicles are of top quality. Usually the commandos run to their objective. If overseas travel is required, then they are transported on a converted Boeing-747. F. Communications- Agency has 12 dedicated satellites in orbit, including one killer satellite. Has own private telephone network, and private mail courier services. And a worldwide data network serviced by a supercomputer at each HQ. G. Offices and Distribution- Agency maintains an office in every major city in the world. Has field agents in every capital city in the world. Each key city has five safe-houses with $25,000 worth of special supplies. H. Military Power- A force of security guards with revolvers. I. Super-Powered Operatives- No support. Composed of own agents. J. Sponsorship- Government. Emphasis ranges from crime-fighting to international spying. National security has top priority. K. Special Budget- Agency has up to $1,000,000 to kick into any one operation. L. Administrative Control- All agents have a License to Kill. Free to break any and all laws in execution of their duties. M. Internal Security- Impregnable. An insane barrage of tests, signs and counter- signs, searches, and retinal scans. A small tattoo is placed on the back of the retina. 1% of an infiltrator. N. External Infiltration- Blanket Infiltration. 5% of each enemy agents encountered is on the agency's side. This is in every enemy Agency. O. Research and Information Gathering- Massive research and information network with full-time staff monitoring all data. Up to the minute updating, and assistants and private research personnel for grunt work. Staff of technical specialists and labs are available all around the world. Connections with 500 news agencies around the world, Interpol, the military, and spy agencies. P. Agency Credentials- These people are revered as international heroes. Citizens will risk their life to protect an agent. Full support from all police forces. Excellent media coverage. Q. Agency Salary- Agency pays all expenses, a weekly salary of $20,000 and annual bonuses of 1D4x100,000 dollars. Commercial endorsements can garner 3D6x100,000 dollars. Designed by the brains in the Weapons R&D sector, this weapon utilizes a new and improved targeting system and anti-gravity gyro that increases stability and reduces the hit penalty to 8-20 hits, and 8-15 is only a nick. Bionics & Cybernetics The agents can receive any implant, organ, or reconstruction subject to approval from the top brass. 50% of all agents have 1D4 bionic implants. These usually include one weapon and one to three sensor units. If a weapon is selected, his/her armor will be modified to allow the use of the weapon. REQUIREMENTS: Attributes: PS: 13, PP: 12, ME: 14, IQ:10. The higher the better. Alignment: Any, but no diabolic or miscreant. Insanities: None. Anyone found to have a mentally unstable condition will not be allowed in the program. If they develop a condition on the job, they will be debriefed and given an honorable discharge. If they show ANY sign of anti-social behavior, they will be thrown out of the Agency and monitored. If they so much as spit in the wrong spot, they will be executed and/or imprisoned. Education: At least a High School diploma. College degrees are encouraged. High School diplomas get military specialist training. College degrees will be expanded one level. All grunts will be trained in elite pilot status for all type three (exoskeleton) robots. PS, PP, PE, & ME are all above 14. Skills: Any. EXPIRIMENTS: Optional Expiriment: volunteers only The scientific minds at A.T.A.C. are researching a possible advance on human superbeing creation. While exposing a gene that was injected into the patient's blood with minute amounts of radiation, the gene will multiply rapidly, taking over certain parts of the brain. The brain reacts by mutating it's own genes, and thus either creates or unleashes a random minor super power. However, this has been determined to induce insanity in the subject. It is speculated that another seventeen years research, A.T.A.C. will be able to create any specific power you may desire. Of course, if this information were to get out to a super powerful enemy agency, who knows what would happen. Only .02% of A.T.A.C. command knows about this secret project.

		a backpack and straps easily to the back of the Mark VII.

	2. HE-4 Mini-Missile Launchers (2)-  Two small wing-like arms swing up from
		their normally locked position from either side of the PIER power
		source to rest above and slightly behind the shoulders.  They open
		up to reveal 4 high-explosive missiles.

	3. Retractable Spike and Towline-  This 1200 lb. test strength cord is
		attached to a one inch long, razor-sharp spike.  The spike is
		fired from under the right wrist, and is used to grapple even
		the smoothest surfaces.
