- Terraced seats
- The terraced seats can't use at the match of the high division league. If you want to increase seats, you first may as well convert to seats.
- Timing of new contract
- If you will sign with new player, player of same position in your squad will decrease moral. Player who decreased moral will may cause lost game. So, period of no important games will be good to be signed with the new player. (ex. Pre-season)
