Comments: I started out by just sitting around and just communicating to others on the game. Then one day I started to actually play the game and found that you can really get to be a serious player after a while. I now have found that when my stress level gets high, I can come on the game and just chat with friends or gear up and go out and kill the hell out of orcs and other things. Comments: Well, what can I say that hasn'e already been said? This game it truly an awe-inspiring example on how MUDs should be made and run. I've been playing the game with various characters since '96, and recently I just tried playing some other MUDs. But nomatt r where I look, no matter how hard I try to find something even remotely as good as AA, I can't, nothing is even remotely near the same level that AA has reached. This is truly the best MUD I've played, with the best wizards and certainly the best players It's been slowly taking over my life to the extent that I now play about 6 hours a day and still can't get enough. It has the best team of wizards ever, coding geniuses every one of them, and I imagine AA to go on for many more happy years with them. But the main thing that makes the MUD are the players.. and AA excells here too. Virtually everyone are amazing people, friendly and kind, who have helped me through my greatest highs and my depressing lows, and it's because of this that I wish AA the best of luck in remaining the best MUD ever. Oh, and, while I'm here... Beep! Beep!

Comments: Ancient Anguish is awesome. I had lost faith in the Roleplaying game world, because I thought everyone had lost the meaning of it, of what an RPG should be. Software deadlines and video game hits hosed good games and so we are left with crap like Diablo as out RPG option(which it is not) I am glad I found AA and plan on playing it for years to come... The wizards have done a wonderful job and have created an unparalelled online game environment, one which is well controlled and full of character. *grin * It only figures that the only people that could make a game this good would be game players!
