No more multiple sets of orders for one segment are allowed.  Not
only does it make my job difficult, trying to merge them, but it
can also burn the player who forgets about standing orders, as
just happened in a minor way.  It's fine to have standing orders,
but they must be included in every orders submission.  Another
submission is allowed for a segment, if you think of something
new before the deadline, but it replaces the previous one.

We have a winner!  ZephyrQ "Mokat Zeph'Qo tar" in the ISC CC.

Cheers to his great plans and execution!  He got a leg up on
everybody by choosing the PPD's + other torps ship.  He executed
well a strategy of maximizing damage to the serpents and
minimizing damage to himself.

Shame on the rest of us for not ganging up on him when it was
clear what he was up to!  The Romulans could have at least have
designated somebody as representative point-getter, to avoid
splitting the points among ships.

However, he informs me that he already has Star Fleet Command,
and proposes we continue the battle towards mutual destruction.

Here's the proposal:
The new goal is to acquire points by continuing to hit the
remaining serpent and by killing the other ships.  Whoever does
the last point of damage causing destruction of a ship gets all
of that ship's accumulated points.  If there's a tie within the
same volley of damage, the points are split evenly (rounded down,
so fractions/remainders may be lost).
All current players may continue.  If somebody new takes over
an abandoned ship, the ship's prior points are forfeited, but new
points can still be accumulated.  If that somebody was already in
another ship, all previously accumulated points are lost, also.
But, swaps are allowed and may be worthwhile in some situations.
The automaton's orders cannot be changed, but the definition of
"monster" is changed to be "any other ship in the top 3 by score"
for purposes of its programmed orders.
The Romulan cooperation pact (speaking from observation -- it
seems they're cooperating for the most part) could be tested.

Please acknowledge whether you would like to do this.  I expect
it to take just as long to play out to conclusion this way as
to get to this point, if not longer.  Also, if you have ideas
for improvement, now is the perfect time for them.  I would not
moderate another scenario right away, if we do not move on with
this one.

If Lysander and Herb don't jump back in right away, ships O and
C are available.  If you want to switch to one of those, you may,
then your ship will become available for somebody else.
