This is just a little somthing i have been doing in my spare time.
This is a desktop theme, there is a preview of it below.
It is in a zip file (780K) so it will take between 4 to 7 minutes
to download. You unzip it to your windows file into the folder
that winzip will prompt or you choose then install it.
This theme has sound and animated cursors.
