Trident of Poseidon
History: Crafted at the command of the High Priest Arcolian, the trident has been wielded by various champions of Poseidon over the years. Wave originally was only used for specific holy quests (which were usually dealing out vengence against those that opposed the clergy) and once completed would be returned to the clergy until required again. It wasn't until one of Poseidon's champions finally fell in battle, that the trident left the control of his clergy. It current whereabouts are unknown, although the it has been rumored to be in the hands of a pirate captain who currently raids along the coast.
Description: Wave is a beautiful three pronged trident that was crafted of steel, platinum, and electrum. The platinum and electrum being used primarily in swirling decorative designs, made to resemble waves on the ocean. Each of the three prongs end in viscous barbs, with the center prong having small sapphire gems inlaid.

Cause all fish within 60' radius to save vs. spell or be charmed, will not
approach closer than 10' if they save

Locates Water
Grants Water Breathing as the priest spell
Grants Free Action as the priest spell
On a to-hit roll with a natural 20, the target loses half of its hit points from dehydration
Communicates with the wielder via telepathy, which also allows the wielder to communicate with aquatic life.
