CEBREG INDUSTRIES

This is a Design/Manufacturing company located on the coast of Antarctica. Due to its isolated location and hostile climate, most people never visit this place. The weapons and equipment created there are sold around the world.

Equipment

Harmonic Neutrino Accelerators ("H.N.A.'s")

These power sources are simply cases containing billions of neutrino particles is a state of continuous vibration. The inner lining of the casings are coated with a special reflective material. This material causes the neutrinos to ricochet off the lining thus trapping them, which results in the neutrinos reaching maximum acceleration, within a contained area. Thus, these batteries always feel warm to the touch and will burn out and cannot be recharged. "H.N.A.'s" come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The power (or damage) of any energy weapon using one of these clips is increased by 1d6 per shot. However, the constant use of H.N.A. clips will overheat and melt internal components. Using two of these clips in a row, within the same weapon, will ruin the weapon 85% of the time. Check for weapon meltdown with each shot of the second clip. Recommended safe usage is only one H.N.A. per every four standard e-clips.

Cost: 5800 credits

Motion Detector

This square shaped, hand held unit comes with a shoulder strap and weights only 7 pounds. Requires no sensor placements or transmitter posts. The 4 x 4 inch monitor, located on top of the device, reveals number and speed of all moving objects within a forward projecting, 90 degree, cone shaped area. This device can be used even while the operator is moving. Penetrates motionless objects such as walls, trees, etc. that are in the area. (think, Aliens II ©)

Weight: 7 lbs
Range: 100 feet at top of arc
M.D.C.: 6
Cost: 800 credits

Claw/Cable Gun

This small, hand held, device fires a six-pronged, multi-jointed, grappling claw, which opens upon exiting the barrel and then clamps hard onto any surface upon impact. A 120 foot, 18 gauge, steel cable trails behind the claw and is anchored within the gun. Once the claw is secured, the cable can be automatically rewound, by flipping a switch, which will pull the gun toward the location of the anchored claw. The lifting capacity is 250lbs. If the claw is attached to an item weighting less than 250 pounds, the item can be brought back toward the gun. However, the gun must be anchored or held by someone who weights more than 250lbs and has 17 or greater P.S. This device is not meant as a weapon, but will do 2d8 S.D.C. at close range. (think, Batman ©)

S.D.C. version:
S.D. 2d8
Lifting capacity: 250 lbs
Weight: 6 lbs
Rate of fire: Only one attack is needed for the claw to reach its maximum distance and anchor itself. Rewind takes three attacks, at maximum range, two attacks for 100 feet or less.
Cost: 300 credits

M.D.C. version:
M.D.: 2d6
Lifting Capacity: 500 lbs
Weight: 8 lbs
M.D.C.: 20
Rate of fire: Same as S.D.C. model
Cost: 550 credits

Weapons

Chemical weapons: Chem 720 "super squirt gun"

This weapon sprays a stream of soupy foam, which splatters upon contact and expands up to 8 times in size. This foam causes no initial damage, but hardens to the consistency of M.D.C. concrete in just 20 seconds or by the middle of the following round. The foam penetrates M.D.C. energy shields and force fields. The hardened substance can be chipped and broken off, but not with S.D.C. strength or items made of S.D.C. material. Any piece of equipment, which is the target of a successful called, shot using this weapon, is ruined 75% of the time due to the permanent chemical bonding which takes place. This weapon is available as a handgun or rifle. Missiles are not effective because the substance is scattered over such a wide area upon impact, that it does no real harm to any one target. Handguns and rifles use Foam clips, or F- clips, which come in three sizes. See specifics below.

Note: One squirt of foam expands to cover a 2 square ft area, approximately 2 inches thick and has 20 + 2d6 M.D.C.

Small F-clip: 3 single shot squirts - cost: 900 credits
Large F-clip: 7 single shot squirts - cost: 1850 credits
Canister: 16 single shot squirts - cost: 3000 credits

(F-clips and Canisters sold seperatly from guns.)

Handgun:
Weight: 4 lbs.
Range: 30 feet
Rate of Fire: Single shot only
Payload: One small F-clip only
Cost: 9500 credits

Rifle:
Weight: 11 lbs.
Range: 80 ft
Rate of fire: Single shot only
Payload: One small or large F-clip or one canister.
Cost: 21,000 credits

Re-liquefier - This is an oily solution which, when applied in great amounts, can partially reverse the process by turning the concrete into a thick, slimly substance. This solution does not grant easy, automatic clean up. Once applied, it takes several hours to work. Cleaning intricate parts will require several disposal brushes and lots of scrubbing. High-pressure air or water devices can also be used to more effectively remove the slime.
Cost: 1500 credits per quart, which will clean 12 square feet, or 6 hardened squirts
