Keep using Aragami (qcf A) against Chizuru, She'll try to counter you and get hit. 85% efficiency
Run towards Boss Rugal and do an Oniyaki at a blockable distance, Rugal will jump to you and get hit. 70% efficiency

AI of Kyo in KoF'98:
The CPU Kyo Kusanagi is a perfect set player, he'll make use of all the priorities of his every single moves to attack and defense.
Fighting Style of Kyo in KoF'98:
All those auto-guard attacks are much safer than in KoF'97, especially his Oniyaki.
Even though Oniyaki only do a little damage, it is still the safest way to attack.
Also the recovery time of Kyo's aragami & dokugami has been reduced,
and the dokugami is a little bit slower than before in attack.
But the time of auto-guard seems to be longer.
Since Kyo is probably the best in KoF'98, therefore in all circumstances,
put Kyo at the last place and it is hard to lose against CPU.
