Roll: MegaMan's little Sister is a kick-butt little contender that can take on anyone from the Hulk to Onslaught himself! Be warned she's only about two-foot one. Here's how to pick here: When you start your game move your cursor over ZANGIEF, then go in the following order: LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT,LEFT UP, RIGHT, UP, UP, RIGHT, RIGHT. Roll's box will appear by her Big Brother's (Megaman).
Lillith: You ever use Morrigan? Did you ever notice the other half that splits between her when the fight starts? Well you can choose that character and her name is Lilith. This is how you get her, start a game and move your cursor over Zangief then: LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, UP, UP, UP, UP, RIGHT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, UP, UP, UP, LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, DOWN. Look for her under War Machine.
Shadow Chun-Li: A really ticked off version of America's third favorite street fighter (yeah, I said Ken and Ryu were first) returns in a much more powerful version with Shadow's skin color. Obtain her like so: Mover your cusor over Morrigan, then: UP, RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, UP, UP, UP, UP, RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, UP, UP, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, UP, LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN. She'll show up under Gambit.
Gold War-Machine: I haven't tried him yet, and I don't even know if he truly exists. I do know that he isn't supposed to be able to block. Anywho, choose him by positioning your cursor over Zangief then doing: LEFT, LEFT,DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, UP, UP, UP, UP, RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, UP, LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, UP, UP, UP, UP. He'll show up above Zangief.
Red Venom (Carnage?): This Bad Boy of the gaming circuit has much more speed than his original counter-part, but takes more damage than normal Venom. Choose him like so: Move Cursor over Chun-Li, then: RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, UP, UP, UP, UP, RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, UP, UP, UP, LEFT, LEFT, UP. He'll appear Chun Li (WE ARE VENOM!)
Orange Hulk: Our favorite Green Guy turns Orange, looses his super armor, drops down in strength with his normal moves, but gets about as fast as Chun-Li. His super moves are also the same strength. Choose him by moving your cursor over Zangief then doing: RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT UP, UP, UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, UP, UP, UP, UP, LEFT, UP. He'll appear over Ryu (Hulk smash, Hulk SMASH, SMASH SMASH! Heh, only kidding).
Sentinel: (3rd character) This is your supporter character, you can't control him directly but he's even stronger than Juggernaut as a third partner. To obtain him you have to wait until the computer selects your third character then press START+STRONG+FRIECE+FORWARD.
Shadow Charlie(3rd character): M. Bison's favorite, er well, "friend" appears again in this installment as a powerful third character that jumps out doing the Somersault Justice. Get him by doing this: When the computer is selecting your third character press START+JAB+FORWARD+FIERCE.
