Your armyWALKTHROUGHThis is no kind of training mission. This is the place where the real combat begins. You start at waypoint nr 1. Don't join your Warriors with Berserkers, but create separate groups 1 - Berserkers 2 - Warriors 3 - Archers 4 - Dwarves. Place your Warriors next to Berserkers in a long line. Put your archers in front of them (you should be able to retreat them very quickly) . The combat begins very quickly. There are Myrmidons wandering around all the battlefield. You will face 2 of these in the early beginning. The first army of undead (8 Thralls, 6 Soulless). Straight after killing the Myrmidons, move your archers in front of your front line facink waypoint 1. Move your dwarves towards the enemy. If lucky, they'll blow up most of these stinking undead (8 Thralls, 6 Soulless) and survive the oppresion. When they get hurt you can easily heal them with your Journeyman("T") - you will get a new Journeyman in the future. You will have to face a few more hordes like these so here is the way of blasting them: Your archers take care of the Soulless. You have a big enough army so that you don't need a backup of your archers. The front line has a guard option and waits as the enemy comes to you, not vice versa. Send one Berserker against each group of Soulless. Use fromations for your "infantry", attack Warriors from the front and try to attack enemy back with Berserkers. No group will get alive from such oppresion. Let's return to the battlefield. After the first strike, put your army back into formation as written above. Soon another army will attack from Waypoint nr 2. (8 Thralls, 4 Soulless). And again: dwarves, archers, retreat, kill...remember that when your infantry fights, your archers cannot shoot - it's the worst thing to see your units shooting their friends. You have a little rest so heal all wounds and return to a fromation. Move slowly towards the canion. And the enemy again: 8 Thralls, 4 Soulless. You know what to do...When is starts snowing heavily retreat your dwarves - their cocktails will not blow. Retreat your army a little due to Waypoint 2. Soon you will see 2 Myrmidons moving towards waypoint 4. They will stop there. This is the best occasion to train your archers - the enemy won't react. It may take a little time. Phew, at last a little rest. Heal all your heavily injured units. Move your army East. You will see two Souless at Waypoint 3. You must shoot them. Place your units opposite the enemy in fromation 4 and start getting closer. When they attack, do the same. Watch it! The Soulless pick one victim and attack it all the time. When one of your archers gets injured, retreat him......You can always save the game in such situations. There are 2 Myrmidons wandering around so you should consider retreating your archers. Get rid of them and take care of 2 Soulless at waypoint 5. Gather your archers into a box fromation and approach the enemy so that you could hide behind the tree. Then scatter your archers and get rid of the enemy. If you weren't playing too fast you will get a reward now - 5 Myrmidons waiting for execution at Waypoint 6. Don't dissapoint them! |

We are getting closer to the final part. move your army a little forward waypoint nr 8. After a short while you will get a backup from waypoint 7. You need yo work fast, very fast. Put your army as shown in the picture. Attack the Soulless by waypoint 8 at the same time. Move your dwarves forward. Now it's time for your dwarves. The enemt will approach from waypoint 9. It's a canion so mine the terrain. Do it as fast as possible cause you will face 2 Myrmidons in a moment. You have to kill them with your dwarves. The main attack wave is just coming: 4 Soulless, 8 Thralls and (ouch) a Trow. Blow up the mines at any cost. Remember that Trow is the biggest enemy of your Berserkers, it can easily kill all Berserks you have!!! That's why you should spend them on Thralls and Soulless, Leave the Trow for your Warriors. Aim your archers' fire at the Trow until it attacks your Warriors.Phew...congratulations, you've just finished the second mission. i lost 2 dwarves-they could survive and 1 warrior |
