Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

hi just thought id email you regarding my experiences with westgate resorts.
im from england, and we went to florida for a 2week holiday. some1 told us
that it would be better to get a flexi ticket so that we could use it in all
of the parks, so we went to a stall, a WESTGATE stall selling tickets. the
man seling the tickets was very nice and polite and said that to get the
discount we'd have to listen to a 90 min talk about some holiday homes then
we'd get the tickets. we didnt mind at all. we arrived and 1st thing they
done was to check my dad's credit card after that we were invited to lunch.
then this lady who'd be working for the resort for 3 weeks showed us a flat.
when we got back to the big hall, she started to go through prices and asked
if we wanted to put a deposit down. when we said that we didnt want to
purchase a holiday home and we just came for the theme park tickets, her
tone changed. then after an hour of explaining that we didnt want to take
the holiday home, she said that she'll bring over her manager.

this small petite women came over and started again to sell us a villa saying that we are getting good deal. my mum and dad were too polite just to say no. so i spoke up telilng her politely. however, she then interupted me saying "how are you by the way". i am 18 nealry 19 however gives her no right to speak to me like that. she again was very rude to all member of my family, leaving the table with a groan throwing papers on the table.

and to our surprise another guy came over to speak to us. to be honest he was lovely, it took us 20mins for us to make him understand we were not interested. after 3 hours or more we left with our much earned tickets!! a day wasted!! wanted to make a complaint, but i supose they dont have such things. so when i saw ur website was pleased that you've done something about it!
