Priests are another early class with the magical gift of curing. None of the cure spells are terribly effective, however, the Chemist's Item are usually more helpful, and definetely more accurate. Like its opposite of Black Magic, White Magic is also a useful secondary ability, especially when the particular unit has Holy in their arsenal. Surprisingly for the Priest, Holy is one of the game more powerful attack spells. It has a large range, even though it hits only one target. Priests also have a slight speed advantage, with a speed of 9, but the other attribute are the normal. HP is always a problem for this class, because of the equiping inabilities, and from the nature of the class as well. Priests also tend to have the weakest attacks out of any class, staves being what they are. Priest are early game characters, losing much of any usefulness they have in the later stages of the game. Even in early game, however, they are not used to a great extent.
