These two homosexual henchmen are hired by Blofeld to dispose of Bond. They've worked for several people, each time disposing of their targets in gruesome ways. Bond disposes of each, though, in his own creative ways: fire and surprise.
WILLARD WHYTE
Blofeld is impersonating this guy for use of his diamond materials.
PLENTY O' TOOLE
Another quick entrance and exit, Plenty O' Toole is a girl Bond meets at the casino, but gets killed, like quite a few of Bond's girls, this time by Wint and Kidd.
