L is Real 2041...?

This is a great mystery that has been plaquing us for a couple years now, but it's dramaticity has increased recently. 2 years ago, in Super Mario 64, was discovered a mysterious sign. If you pressed C Up and looked at it, you could faintly make out "L is Real 2041". This caused DOZENS of rumors, lies, and everything else. After many months (and many lies that people got Luigi by getting 2041 coins), the rumors settled down, and eventually stopped all together. But, due to something one of my staff members, Koopa55, found recently, interest has been reincarnated in this subject.

Go to Dodongo's Cavern, and go up to the sign that tells you that you need to make the dead Dogongo see red to open the way forward. Press C Up and look at it... it clearly says "L is Real 2041". I have 3 theories concering this mystery:

#1

Miyamoto is hiding something from us. Something deep... something mysterious! Perhaps a trick to be used in an upcoming game? Perhaps a code for Mario 64 or Zelda 64...?

#2

Maybe it just happens to be an easter egg, something the team is doing to have a little fun with the players. In the next 3D Nintendo-developed game, find a metal sign, go up to it, and check to see if it says "L is Real 2041"!

It's always possible the texture Nintendo made just happened to seem to say "L is Real 2041" and they used in Zelda 64 also. After all, they speak Japanese, so writing it out in English would be hard. Heh.

It's a conspiracy...
