Lost In The Blue
"Oh God above. Please protect
all the people that need it most, and let everyone feel
your love in this time of need. Bless my father, who's
age is starting to effect his health; my brother, who I
feel is becoming lost in this world; and most of all my
dear twin sister, and I pray that she will return home
some day....."
After saying a short prayer
kneeling by the window in her room, Eidin slowly picked
herself up and proceeded to lay in her bed. But there was
something that still bothered her. Still laying, she
turned on her side and looked at the silver bow that she
has laying on a small table not too far away from where
she is. The bow glowed with a strange light because of
the light from the moon.
"Everyone is worried about you, Brigid," Eidin
said to herself. "Father told me to keep the Holy
Bow Ichibal until some day when I see you again. Father
is no longer strong enough to pull its string. Andrei and
I can't even handle it. It's your bow now,
Brigid....."
Although Eidin thought of Brigid every moment, the deep
thought and the chill of the night made her melancholy
mood even worse than usual.
"It's more than fifteen years since I last talked
with you. I miss you very much......."

Lord Ring is a very religious man.
That is why his heart is always set on giving to the
needy. Many others thought that he must be crazy because
he gives so much that Jungby never advanced in the ranks
of the kingdoms in Grandbell. But the man himself would
never lend an ear to such comments because he believes
that one can never be too giving.
So Brigid, Eidin, and Andrei didn't live as lavishly as
the families of Freege or Dozel, but they had much more
love in their family that either of them. Their faith was
also an important part of their upbringing. Lord Ring
frequently left with his children to go to Edda and
attend the most important religious events there. Eidin
absorbs these things the quickest and became the most
giving of the children. When her father went out to the
streets to give food to the hungry, she walked right
beside him and handed out the bread to them too. Brigid,
on the other hand, was the active one. She loved to go
hunting with her father with the small bow that he gave
her on her third birthday. The two girls were active in
their own ways, but Andrei was quite different. He is the
shy one that always stays closed up and away from the
others. No one understands what's in his mind because he
never opens up to anyone--even his family.
Lord Ring also likes to travel. But his travelling is not
usually for recreation, but either for religious reasons
or to help others. His best friend, Lord Bailon, would
try to get him to join him and his family on vacations,
but Ring would usually be hard to convince unless it was
for those reasons.
But never the less, Eidin felt that she was blessed with
a happy childhood. But for most of the time, Brigid was
missing. To tell you about this, I have to lead you to a
time when Eidin and Brigid where only five years old, and
they where on a religious family outing to the Tower of
Blagi, on an island slightly off the mainland of
Agustria, Dominion of the Lords.

"Father, are we there
yet?" whined Brigid for the two hundredth time.
"No, dear, we still have a half day of sailing to
go," answered her father, without a frown.
"You told me to watch the waves, father, but I'm
tired of that now. Tell me what to do."
"Now try counting how many fishies swim by,
dear."
"But I've done that already yesterday!!"
For a week now the family have been riding on their ship
to try to reach the Tower of Blagi. Another half day will
bring them to Fort Madino, and then their journey to the
tower will be complete in no time. This will be the first
time that Lord Ring will take his children to the tower,
but the way there would be enough for any parent. Try
taking two five year olds and a three year old on a
vacation. These active little munchkins are stuck in a
large ship, which feels to them like a small box after a
few days, and they constantly demand something to do. But
the crew thought that Lord Ring is lucky because one of
his daughters are well behaved and learning how to read
in her room, and his son is hiding is his own world like
always. But there truth was that little Brigid has more
than enough energy to cover for herself and both of her
siblings.
"Father, are we there yet?" whined Brigid
again. But Ring, for the first time, ignored her. This
greatly upset the little girl, and made her even more
determined to annoy everyone around.
"Father, are we there yet? ARE WE THERE YET?"
Brigid whined and screamed while she tugged hard on her
father's pants.
"Sweet heart, you have to learn to entertain
yourself just like your sister and little brother. And
you don't have to worry because I will tell you when we
get there," her father said calmly, again without a
frown. Brigid felt that she really can't move her father,
so she just fell back on the floor and sat there staring
at the busy crew.
"There you go. Now I will be going down to check on
your sister and brother, so just sit there quietly for a
while. I don't want you to be too tired when we get to
shore later today," her father said. Brigid just
nodded and watched her father go down the stairs to the
body of the ship.

Although it looked like a very
nice day when Ring went down, the weather at sea can
change dramastically in just a short time. Without any
warning, the clouds that used to be soft and white turned
hard and dark gray. The soft blue sky that matched the
ocean surface became bright green. Strong storm winds
gusted from the east pushing them farther from shore. The
ship swayed violently like a toy boat that a child playes
with in the pool. Then a gust nocked down the mast of the
ship, and sent some crews off the boat. Meanwhile, down
in the rooms, Ring was trying to get out on the deck
where he believed Brigid still was.
"Where is Brigid!!!" Ring, in the midst of the
violent storm tried to push the men that held him in the
room with Eidin and Andrei. "Brigid is still out
there!! Get away from me!! I have to go and get my
daughter!!"
The men shook their heads because they knew that if the
little girl had not made it in the rooms by now, she must
have been washed away. Andrei cried loudly and Eidin
hugged him tightly. The battle between the men and the
usually cool headed Ring lasted until the storm ended an
hour or so later. In the wreak, broken parts of the ship
and a few crew members were found, but Brigid was no
where to be seen. The family turned back and went home
without going to the tower, and everyone in the world
thought that little Brigid had drown in the ocean. But
Ring and Eidin refused to accept that idea and still
believed that Brigid will return some day........

"Urr.....Let's go down to the
happy Fort Madino and party down there, boss," a
drunk pirate said to a beautiful young woman.
"No, not today, men...... I don't feel well
tonight," sighed the young woman. The other pirates
started to crowd around her.
"What's wrong, boss? Did the party last night hit
you in the head?" the pirates joked around.
"None of that today.... I'll go and rest
early......" then the young woman limped her way to
the corner. But it doesn't look like she is hurt
physically in any way. Something must be bothering her so
much that she feels pain from it. While the other pirates
poured some wine and danced around to some lively, but
not very artistic, music, one of the young men walked
over to the woman and kneeled beside her.
"Are you fine, Brigid? I noticed you haven't been
yourself lately. What is bothering you?" the young
man asked.
"I don't know..... There are images floating in my
head but I don't know what they are..... Dad told me that
it could be from when I was with my real family, but I
don't know..... The only family I know are you guys and
Dad... although he's dead now...... He told me before he
died that I am not his real daugther and that my real
family could be looking for me somewhere....."
"Don't worry about it, Brigid. I have been to the
holy tower once. The priest there told me that there is a
time for everything. When it comes to the time when
you're suppose to meet your real family, you will."
The young man smiled, and Brigid tried to smile in
return.
"Thanks. Your stories of what you heard at the holy
tower help me a lot."
Then Brigid looked up at the heavens and slept under the
stars like she has done for as long as she can remember.
Fin

I didn't spend much time getting
this one ready, so it's worse than the other one. But
here it is, for the reading pleasures of the very few
that may be interested in reading this (^_^). I hope you
liked it anyway (^_^;). I wonder how many people even
look for this page. I wonder if anyone even visit this
site!! So if you actually read this one and the previous
one, be proud of yourself. Does anyone care about Fire
Emblem? I shouldn't have made this site because not many
people visit it anyway (;_;) I feel bad now (;_;)
(An hour or so later.....)
I'm completely recovered now (^-^). Well, the story
line is confusing as any of the others I have written.
Just to clear stuff up, the first part is Eidin in the
present. The middle is the past with Lord Ring, little
Brigid (being a small brat), little Eidin, and little
Andrei. The last part is Brigid in the present. It's
based on the official information...... The part about
Andrei being closed up and shy was not made up by me
neither. So that's why he became the cruel guy that he is
in the game...... (^o^).
Comments, suggestions, requests, and the other stuff are
all welcome. You might just want to say hi because I
don't have a clue as to how many people really come to
this room. Thanks again, and I am waiting for your
support!! And I hope you liked my choice of background
(^o^)
